Dear, Ms. [redacted],   Regarding Mr. [redacted] complain, we want to inform you that as per the lease agreement Mrs. [redacted]  [redacted] signed with us, Landlord has 30 days from the date she  informed us of her new mailing address (which was April 1, 2016) to refund the security...

deposit, or the  balance of the security deposit Landlord might owe to tenant.    Regarding repair requests, we always responded to Mrs. [redacted] to any of her requests, either by mail or text message, we keep records of all our responses and conversations between her and us (please see the attachments).   There were no mold issues at the property Mrs. [redacted] rented from us, the maintenance man who, when fixing the issues Mrs. [redacted] reported to us, found a leak in the master bathroom and closet area that he reported to us as something caused from a leak in the roof that  cause some damage to the walls, baseboard and trim, the maintenance man fixed the leak in the roof and painted the area in the walls, trim and baseboard again.    If there was a mold issue as Mr.[redacted] said, why did they want to renew their lease agreement? that makes no sense. When we told Mrs. [redacted] about the new rent price and that we only offer one year leases, they became angry.  Landlord has the right to increase the rent and actually the new rent was effective even before their contract was expired. After that, on January 8th they become more angry and requested our maintenance man for the alleged mold issue, so on January 10th we send our maintenance man again. He said there was no mold issue at the house, there was a small leak in the roof which he properly fixed (between January 10th - January 12th). On January 9th Mrs. [redacted] sent us a text message saying that our maintenance man did a great job fixing the issues she reported to us.   the new rent was already effective for tenants before his contract expires . Edit If Mrs. [redacted] and Mr. [redacted] continue with the dispute, we will be forced to contact our attorney in regard to this matter as Mrs. [redacted] and Mr. [redacted] are already causing damages and affecting our business, they are not telling the truth plus they and are accusing our property manager without reason or proof.    Respectfully,   Luna Property Manager
