I was looking for a very specific diamond for my fianceâ s engagement ring recently; a 2+ carat Asscher cut, which is very hard to find locallyI'm a very savvy buyer that rarely pays retail, and so when I ran across MrPaul Y.'s diamond broker business, with his incredibly low prices and that fact that he's located near the top of the very prominent Region's Bank building in Tampa, I thought this would be the perfect place to get a great diamond! It turns out my instincts were completely correct! Paul was incredibly professional, and once he explained his business model, I knew I had made the correct choice for such a special purchasePaul had a nice selection of settings, but I knew my fiance had something very specific in mind, and I wanted to have the ring to give to her on Christmas eve, so he allowed me to temporarily purchase one of his settings so I could make that happen!! We ordered the permanent setting, which came a few weeks later, and he bought back the original settingI thought this was INCREDIBLE customer service, something I wouldn't have gotten anywhere else!! I can't compliment Paul enough; he did everything possible to make this purchase a complete success, my fiance was absolutely blown away by the engagement ring, and it looks stunning on her! We plan to go back to him soon to purchase our wedding bandsThanks again, Paul!

A++++Great Product AND Best Price Paul completely streamlined the engagement ring shopping process for me After shopping around for a couple of months I came across Paul's information and scheduled an appointment I told him what I was looking for and my budget, and he took it from there The process was completely transparentI saw Paul's costs and understood what I was paying for; there were no hidden markups Most importantly, Paul compiled a three stone emerald cut engagement ring that was not only absolutely stunning, but also came at a price that I ensure nobody else can beat (or even come close) The diamonds were all matched perfectly He also did this in a span of about ten days, which is astounding, considering the platinum setting was custom made My fiancé loves it and receives compliments on her ring daily I cannot thank Paul enough, and highly recommend him for all of your jewelry needs

Please close caseDocuments have been overnightedThank You

I want to start by saying that no matter how much I write in here I will not describe How pleased I am with the customer service and professionalism that *** provided me
I was starting to look for a diamond ring for my wife to celebrate our year marriage and looked in Craigslist and after seen some adds I came across Low Cost Rings add and I could not believe the prices so I called totally expecting to be a scam and when *** answered he was so professional and gave me the address to meet him at the placeWhen I got there he was great he was patient and even teach me so much about Diamonds no pressure and very very professional and everything he sowed me was amassing the quality and the price was the only thing that didn't match because obviously was very high Quality and the prices ware like I was in wall mart buying fake stuff everything is certified and appraised again I could go on and on how amazing this guy is an his service and product but you will no have an idea until you go thereHopefully I don't create a rivalry for him with the other Jewelry stores in the Bay area with what I am going to say but don't even waste your time going any where else this is the place to goi will go to him every single time from now on

Paul is amazing! If you're looking for beautiful jewelry I suggest you visit several other retailers so you can truly appreciate the experience at LC RingsPaul makes purchasing jewelery stress free He has a wonderful selection of beautiful jewelery and avoids the standard high pressure sales approachHe is patient and very thorough when explaining the differences between his piecesHe definitely does it rightGive him a chance, you will not be disappointed!

months ago began searching for the perfect ring for the woman that deserves nothing but the best
This is the second time around for the both of us and I want to get it right this time
I started my homework learning about diamonds and engagement ring settingsA couple months later, I started visiting jewelry stores and comparing to the online stores.I didn't want standard issue BIG store rings that everyone else had, I wanted to take it to the next level
I stumbled across Paul's rings on Craigslist and just figured I would look, but who would trust a diamond on craigslist, right?
My curiosity got the best of me and I at least wanted to know how Low Cost rings could sell these rings below what anyone else could
When you first contact Paul, you are met with nothing but professionalism and security
The view from his office is worth the trip alone, but once you meet with Paul, you will realize that this business model is the key to his success and the savings are passed on to his clients.Â
I picked up my ring today and I could not believe my own eye'sWish I could post a picture! I CAN'T WAIT TO POP THE QUESTION NEXT WEEKEND!Â
Great job Paul and thank you from one of your biggest skeptic's, who is now a client for life

If you are looking to purchase a beautiful quality ring at a great price then look no further I am a very skeptical person and do a lot of research when I see a deal too good to be true I have purchased and shopped places like Kays and all the other name brand stores in the past Nothing wrong with them at all, but when you are purchasing a wedding ring you want to buy the something special And you want to get the most for your money as well The ring I purchased from Paul would have easily been $more at a retail jewelry store The one on one treatment cant be matched and I never felt pressured His main focus is to help you decide what's best for you I highly suggest Paul and would suggest him to anyone looking to buy I live hours away and didn't think twice when I decided to buy a ring

at the house the day we picked and removed the items from [redacted]'s house, and he did not remember it then either. Bruce is very knowledgeable of Fenton glass, and would of known to pull it out to be sold. She had mentioned a value of [redacted]...

and from research I would say it was worth [redacted] So a price of [redacted] would be fair, but again we do not believe we ever had this piece.
So please let me know how she would like to proceed with the matter.

Thanks,

I know for a fact I gave them the vase because it had a certificate of authenticity with it and it was a numbered piece of glass and the day of the auction I found the certificate on a random table and picked it up and took it to Bruce and asked him where my vase was because I just found the certificate on another table with other peoples stuff he told me he didn't know but would find out but was to busy at the moment I stayed the entire auction and he never responded to me about I know I had a lot of glass for them to take but I also know every piece I gave them

[redacted],
I never sent her a check for that because when I proposed that then she wanted more for other stuff. If the [redacted] would settle it, I will send it today. Though the last response I had she started adding to her numbers. She originally said 12 beer signs and now she was saying 26 signs were there. I know we sold them all, but she probably thought every beer sign there was hers but there were other people who had beer signs in the sale.
So again if [redacted] does it, I am good to go and will mail today. Just really tired of dealing with this and I know you are too. This family really has been a pain and I should of ran from them 4 or 5 years ago when I first met them. Oh well live and learn. Thanks!

I received a letter in the mail today referring to this case, and I wanted to email you both with my response.
Attached you will find a consignment settlement sheet of items sold in the auction. I will be the first to admit the descriptions are...

not the best, as the auction is moving quick and with all the people the clerks do the best they can, but I can lead you to answers on some of the items in question.
Lot XXXXX Old Phone is the solid oak old phone.
Lot 9199 and 9221 Picture one of those would be your Jesus litho.
Due to the really non-descriptive descriptions, the sponge ware bowl could be a variety of these items on the list including XXXXX, XXXXX, or XXXXX.
Gumball Machine, I have attached a photo of a gumball machine that was in the sale. That is the only one in the sale, and was consigned by another consignor. If this one was yours, I will be more then happy to pay you for it. Though as I said the system says differently. That one sold for [redacted]
Last we come down to the lamps. There is one lamp listed, which is lot XXXXX. I know every piece of your items and those lamps were on that table and sold. I want to make it very clear these were not antique lamps, these were reproductions from the the 1960's or 1970's. I even remember them setting them up at the auction because we were originally going to catalog them but when we pulled them out of the box they were not old at all.
I just sold a bunch of lamps like this at our sale last month from a collection with all sorts of different lamps. They sold for [redacted] each. These are not a popular piece or collectible. So I know the one for sure is on the list and I bet the others are listed as glassware or something else, but if that is not of you satisfaction then I would be willing to pay you something for the 3 that you say our missing. Though I want to pay the real value not what you stated.
We have in business for way to long to be taking anything from anyone. I am confident that all your items are on this list out side of the gumball machine because that may have been put on another consignor list. I would also like to draw your attention to lot 2249c. This coin was found in the bottom of a box, not even mentioned by the consignor. We took it and got it put it in the catalog and sold it for [redacted] We are in the business to make our consignors the most money possible, and I know we did that for this consignor too.
Please review what I have attached and let me know how everyone would like to proceed.

Thanks,
[redacted]

Dear [redacted] Kraft did e-mail on X-XX-XX and tried to tell me he already paid me for the items I described were not paid to me, except the gumball machine which he says was somebody elses and not mine and someone else received my money for the sale of this item but he says he will pay me for it . He told me to look at certain lot numbers on my consignment statement and said these were the items I say I didn't get paid for and I told him that each of these lot numbers were matched with other items I gave him and not the items in question that he did not pay me for. I also told him I had an eye witness that seen my lamps go for [redacted] each at his auction and were not auctioned off by him and that he put another auctioneer in charge to auction them off while he went outside to sell cars and I told him to go back in his records and he will see that they did sell for [redacted] each. He has not got back with me since 2-16-16. His service has a bad habit of mixing customers items with other customers items , breaking customers items and not coming to your home to pick up items with any packing material to make sure items arrive at the auction not broken. I have not heard from him since 2-16-16. Sincerely, [redacted]

I do not know if I ever received a response to that email, but now that I know you agree to the terms here is what I did;
1) Attached is your itemized list from the auction with an added line for the [redacted] and it being paid by check number XXXXX.
2) Attached is a mutual release that I would like signed so there is no further action from here and that this settlement is a final settlement. Please sign and email back to me for my records. Once that is done the check can be cashed from there.
That should be it. Check is going in the mail today, so you should have it tomorrow. Please just get that letter back to me. Thanks!

[redacted], I received the check from [redacted] today and I am sending the company release paper to him tomorrow. He will then sign it and send it to you. Thank You for all your help I couldn't have done it with out you. I will tell everyone not to hesitate to let the Revdex.com help them if they have a problem with a business not treating them right and the Revdex.com does work for the consumer. Have a nice evening. Initial Business Response /* (1000, 5, 2016/02/29) */
Today I received a letter in the mail from the Revdex.com, and wanted to respond to the missing holster.
Yes I know the holster is missing, and am willing to pay for one if they do not find it. I have yet to be to the gun shop because I am waiting on...

some loose ends still to come in before I go pick-up guns that were unpaid for. I truly have a good feeling that holster is still there. We had three guns that had accessories with them when we sent them to the gun shop, two pistols with holsters and one with an extra bag of parts. All three since being at the gun shop have since been separated with their accessories. Last week I received an email from the gun shop about the other missing holster, and miraculously they found it. I am confident they probably have your holster in one of my totes or in a safe they have, they just do not see it.
What I truly think happened is when they checked it in, they took the gun out of the holster to get serial number information and then never put it back in the holster and it got tossed somewhere. I know when we took that gun to the shop it was in the holster.
So if you want a $100 for holster great I have no problem with that, I said we would make it right and we will. We have been in business for 40 years, I am not going anywhere any time soon. Now if we find the holster, will you give the $100 back? I would also buy the gun back from you for hammer price, plus buyer's premium, plus tax, and $8 for the transfer because this was your second gun to transfer. Either way works for me, it is up to you.
You also had said you sent me several emails, I searched my emails and I have no emails from you. The only reason I have the email I have tagged on here is because you registered to bid online for the sale too, and your email was listed there in your contact info. You also mention you called numerous times, I looked in my notes and you called on February 1st and left a message. I marked it down you called and I knew to take care of it. I did not forget about you, just again I hadn't went to the gun shop to search in their stuff yet and with all the things we have going lately I just have not had time to take care of all the little lose ends running around. Heck when you called on February 1st I had over 100 phone calls that day alone. We had a sale the following week that did over $6.5 million total revenue, so my plate was full as it was trying to keep up with that. That is why I have a note of your call because I was trying to answer the phone and write voicemails as quickly as possible just to keep up with all the calls. My voicemaill box was filling up because I just could not answer it quick enough for two weeks straight.
Let me know what you want to do [redacted], and I will take care of it. I will be up in Chesterton Saturday for our auction, you could come by and I would pay you a check then if you want. I mapped it from your house, you live seven minutes from the auction tomorrow. The address is [redacted] in Chesterton.

Thanks,

(The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.)
Mr. [redacted] sent me another e-mail stating he "miraculously" found the holster in question. He considers this matter now closed. He had his agent call me to verify my address so it could be shipped to me. I told his agent that this offer was not acceptable. Frankly I don't know if this the real holster or not, nor do I know what condition it is in. Accepting anything sight unseen would not be prudent and complicates matters if there were issues. I feel totally justified in my decision. Mr. [redacted] breached this contract when he failed to act in a timely manner to complete this transactioncod. I gave him ample time to resolve this problem, but he did not. I called and e-mailed him several times but he chose to ignore my phone messages and e-mails. I believe he received my e-mails but ignored and deleted them. In my opinion that holster would still be lost (indefinitely? if I didn't contact the Revdex.com.
Mr. [redacted] said he would was agreeable to either of the previous solutions. Considering the current circumstances, I feel the best solution for both parties would be for Mr. [redacted] to refund the purchase of [redacted] including premium, tax, and transfer fee estimated at $390.52. I would except this offer.
I would like to thank you and the Revdex.com for your time and effort in this matter. Thank-You

Ms Firestine ,I am please to announce that [redacted] Auctions and myself have come to a satisfactory resolution to my complaint. You may consider the matter closed. Again thank-you for your help in this matter.
Sincerely

I have always been wary about buying jewelry from anywhere but known jewelry store, but I have to say that I will never buy a diamond from anyone else but LC Rings. Prior to our engagement, my fiancé and I sat down with Paul and told him what we were looking for in an engagement ring. Not being made of money, I had been preoccupied with my ignorance of diamonds. Paul took his time to explain to us about the sizes, the clarity, their facets and their values. Paul was such an honest guy that he tried to tell me to buy a less inexpensive diamond where any other salesman would have been pushing the more expensive ring. He even went as far as removing the stone out of the band that we liked and replaced it with the one we picked out. This was the most positive buying experience I have ever had. Paul made this experience as easy as it could have been and for that, my fiancé and I are forever grateful and appreciative, plus she got four times the ring shopping with him then she would have if we would have bought her ring at a chain jewelry store.

I was looking for a very specific diamond for my fiance’s engagement ring recently; a 2+ carat Asscher cut, which is very hard to find locally. I'm a very savvy buyer that rarely pays retail, and so when I ran across Mr. Paul Y.'s diamond broker business, with his incredibly low prices and that fact that he's located near the top of the very prominent Region's Bank building in Tampa, I thought this would be the perfect place to get a great diamond! I can't compliment Paul enough; he did everything possible to make this purchase a complete success, my fiance was absolutely blown away by the engagement ring, and it looks stunning on her! We plan to go back to him soon to purchase our wedding bands... Thanks again, Paul!

I have to say we are so thankful we found Paul and LC rings. I can't be happier with my ring. It's a show stopper. I encourage everyone to meet with him. He offers many different options and makes sure you leave completely satisfied with your purchase. I had a question about my ring 6 months later and he met with me with urgency and helped me. I also found out he can do custom rings. I wish I knew that before because I did it somewhere else and I regret it. So I'll be going back for a new custom ring soon. I will not go anywhere else. The price and quality are unbeatable. Thank you Paul.

A++++. Great Product AND Best Price. Paul completely streamlined the engagement ring shopping process for me. After shopping around for a couple of months I came across Paul's information and scheduled an appointment. I told him what I was looking for and my budget, and he took it from there. The diamonds were all matched perfectly. He also did this in a span of about ten days, which is astounding, considering the platinum setting was custom made. My fiancé loves it and receives compliments on her ring daily. I cannot thank Paul enough, and highly recommend him for all of your jewelry needs.
