I never received any product from this business at all

On 11/26 I ordered from this company a personalized gift for a dear friend, confident that I would get it in time to ship for Christmas as their site promised a 7-10 business-days-to-ship time. 14 days later, I still haven't received my item or a notification of shipment and reach out to the company for an update. I had to send 2 inquiries through their site and a Facebook message to get a response, which was that my order is set to ship that day, 16-business days later and that I would not receive it until end of day on 12/21. This is over double the wait time that they promise their customers. There is no chance I will get it for Christmas and there was no attempt from this company to proactively notify a customer of the delay during this time of year in particular where timeliness is so important. Incredibly disappointed with the service from this company.

I ordered on November 16th followed by an additional order last week. The order from last week still has not shipped even though they stated it would be 7-10 business days. I have ordered from this company before, but these are Christmas presents and it gives me an unsettling feeling when there is no response to the two emails I sent when questioning the order! Either both my orders needs to be sent or refunded. Period.

I never received any product from this business at all.

All payouts were done by 12/31/15.Dazzle Me Deals closed on 1/1/16.We no longer have access to the system.
