Please do not waste your money buying a M[redacted] Filter Queen vacuum cleaner, especially from this company. I am sorry to say I paid $1,800.00. I traded in my C[redacted] vacuum to purchase it, and I am so disgusted that I stopped using it and purchased another C[redacted](now called Workhorse). Here are the reasons why: (1) The initial cost is much too expensive. (2) The paper filter cones and medifilters must be regularly replaced and are expensive. (3) The "free" annual maintenance is expensive, as they will want to replace the silencing filter - they tear a piece off a roll of foam-like material and charge almost $50. (4) Cleaning curtains and walls is used as a selling point, but the metal hose is too heavy to do that. (4) There are metal contact points that connect the pieces of metal hose together, which, after five years, have now corroded and each piece costs about $100.00 to replace. (5) I told Kramer & Associates I wanted them to buy back my vacuum, but they don't do that - once they sucker you into the purchase, you are stuck. Either you keep spending money on filters and replacement parts, or you purchase a much less expensive vacuum that works just as well. Please don't make the same mistake I did. Go on-line and read reviews on the M[redacted] Filter Queen and then save yourself the money.
