I purchased a *** *** ** *** Grill in May, and completed my registration as soon as I got it After months of using the grill, there was a loud pop behind the control of the grill and I lost power I tried to call the Customer Service line multiple times only to be told to leave my number and they would call me back They called me back one time hours after I called and I was unable to take the call They never responded to my other calls I e-mailed them multiple times and they never responded to my e-mail
I was able to see the fuse was blown after looking on-line, but once I got the fuse replaced, the grill would not function properly as it continued to feed the fire when plugged in even if the control was in the off position I am 100% unsatisfied with the lousy product they sold me and feel the same way about their lack of service I have no other option then to contact you
I bought a pellet grill last September from my local *** I have had nothing but problems with it My local store does not warranty the item and have had to deal directly with the manufacture I first sent a email shortly after purchase that my grill would not get above degrees and either the computer board is bad or the meat probe is bad
Jennifer S*** in there customer service department sent me emails to take it apart and tighten all the bolts on motor and redirect the wiring so it would not catch fire I did and it still did not work as I had to take apart a new grill and fix there manufacturing problems I sent another email that it did not work She nothing is wrong with circuit board and mailed me a new motor and meat probe on back order
Again I had to take apart my new grill and attempt to fix it myself The replacement motor did fix the temperature problem but had new grill and had not been able to use for months The meat probe still on
