We have tried to resolve Mrs***'s question regarding our invoicing on several occasionsI personally even sent a packet with a current copy of the approved insurance estimate to her with notes and asked her to review it and call me
directly with any discrepancies or questions, which clearly she did notI even had my support staff reach out to her to try to answer any questions and no responseInstead, she contacted the Revdex.com directly as if we were not willing to rectify her billing concerns, which was not true at all, in fact, that is exactly what we were trying to doI spoke to her insurance provider today who went over the insurance scope to make sure we were billing accuratelyThe insurance adjuster provided me with a different number that we would have never known about unless he called usWe billed correct based off of the information we were provided by ***, and unbeknownst to us, some numbers changedAs soon as the adjuster make us aware o the number change, I revised the invoice and sent it to Mrs*** and the insurance companyThe final invoice amount has been approved by the insurance company as the correct total for the work we completedWe request that she PLEASE CALL US DIRECTLY with any further question on the revised invoice and then please pay promptlyThank you

*** *** is to meet with Mrs*** to reach resolution sometime after memorial day We are currently in the processes of working through any alleged issues

Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID *** They have
contacted me and we have agreed to meet Thursday, June to discuss a path to resolution No actual repairs have been made at this time, and I have not heard what the plan is It is positive that the business has contacted us and expressed an interest to make this right
Sincerely,
*** ***

Complaint: ***
I am rejecting this response because:
The business clearly intends to violate Missouri and federal telemarketing laws by continuing to call phones on the no-call list instead of screening
those numbers as required. Scofflaws such as thisdeserve the maximum $10,per call penalty. I hope that my complaint to the Mo atty generalresults in an end to this company's shameful criminal behavior. Until then I hope that public awarenessthrough Revdex.com complaints will convince people that they want to deal with reputable companies instead
Sincerely,
*** ***

Mrs*** entered into contract with Kramer Roofing on 9/29/to perform restoration work per her insurance claimOur contracts states it must be cancelled within hours from the time it is signedSince Mrs*** is outside of that
cancellation period, she would incur a 15% cancellation fee of the total claim amount if she cancelledHer other option is to allow us to perform the restoration workWe would like to speak with her and find out which option she would like to move forward with

Ms. [redacted]’s old decking is comprised of 1 x 4 pieces of lumber, and all those 1x4s are put in between the roof joists. This creates a sheet of roof decking but they are individual boards. A newer roof would have a big sheet of plywood. That is considered a nail-able surface because no...

space between decking. The wood looked to be in good shape with no rotten wood, so we proceeded with installation. When nails hit certain part of decking, it cracked some of the boards and a tiny chunks of wood came out back side. Now when Ms. [redacted] looks in attic she sees these areas where the wood decking has been affected and cracked. It is not a problem, it does not affect structural integrity of roof, shingles and felt above areas that are cracked. We are still willing to warranty roof for 10 years if she pays in full. It is equally as important to note, that those boards cracked because they are old, dried out, and brittle. The roof is still fine. It is not our problem, as it is deteriorated decking issues we could have never known prior that it was going to crack like that. We did not damage the wood when tearing off, it happened during nailing. The roof is not going to cause a leak because of this, and at this point we have already fixed things with her promise to pay and she never did.

roofing issues that it is a trial and error situation to get it fixed properly. We thought the last time it was fixed but our attempts up to that point were unsuccessful. The third time Mrs. [redacted] reported that the leak still existed, she indicated she had a personal relationship with a roofer she had used in the past, and she would like to hire them fix the leak. We indicated to her that we would consider it, and to please have them come out and give a quote and detailed report of what they intended to do to fix the leak. We would then review the report and quote and possibly authorize the work to be done, or not. Instead, she had the other roofer come over and while they were there she called and told us they had told her it was going to be $1800. We told her to have them write up quote detailing work and send it to us. She then told us the roofer had already started the project and we advised her to tell them to stop because we needed to review before authorizing repairs. Our contract clearly states with have the authorize to warranty the roof and the homeowner cannot hire somebody outside to fix their issues.

We telemarket and we have taken him off of our list and we will not call him again.

Mr. [redacted] entered into a contract with Kramer Roofing & Restoration on or about June 11, 2015, to complete certain roofing and related restoration work at his property located at XXXXX [redacted] Ct. , following a hail and wind storm. ...

The Contract provides that it may be canceled it within three days from the date of execution without consequence. Alternatively, Kramer Roofing & Restoration informed Mr. [redacted] that we are still willing to complete his project and will still honor the contract. However, if we did not hear from him within 30 days, we will proceed with collections as outlined in his letter.
