Superb experience with this customer oriented service team that not only worked expeditiously but was extremely courteous, polite gentlemen who moved my entire household with care including a beautiful ebony piano and slate pool table! Not one thing broke or was damaged. They truly delivered customer delight and went above and beyond expectations....you will not be disappointed but pleasantly satisfied by this magnificent crew of movers who made my move go SO smoothly. Extremely happy customer that would highly recommend them for any type of move. Kramers have to be the BEST in the business for their "can do" spirit...and THEY DO deliver!!

We used Kramers moving and I just wanted to say thank you so much for the exceptional job! These guys were super fast, great communication, nice around our kids, and it truly went above and beyond the things I asked them to do. Even asking them to move pieces over and over trying to figure out where we wanted them! Their prices were the best that we found in the area and they had a very nice truck and it were actually right on time for pick up and delivery! Thank you guys so much! I will definitely use you again in the future and will recommend you to all of our friends!

Great movers...I would recommend to my grandmother! Very friendly!!! Very clean trucks too. I was impressed.

Kramer's did a wonderful job. Jason and Dave worked very hard and packed a PODS unit using every possible inch. They were efficient but not careless and had clearly been doing this for a while. They were also willing to do the PODS unit, unlike some other places. I would absolutely hire them again and highly recommend their services.

I work in the service industry and can honestly say you get what you pay for or on the other hand you don't get what you pay for. We were quoted a move amount of $400 we had a modest full 800 sq ft apt. They had two guys in a truck with small builds to move our heavy furniture. Keep in mind our entire house was packed and ready to go. All in all it took them 6 hrs in which I helped unload the truck because they where moving so slow. Along with that had to move my own couch I. The front door because they where in capable of doing it. The owner showed up with a poor attitude and she. Asked she. The quote was $200 more I was given a smart response of well that was a quote and it took us longer. All said and done worst experience ever. Please avoid this company they are not professionals.

I scheduled a week before the move. When the movers did not show up 1/2 hr after the scheduled time, I called, only to be told I was not scheduled and the movers were at a different job, despite having called to set the move up an hour after the estimate and a confirmation call from [redacted] later that same afternoon. (He later admitted he did not write my appointment in his book because he was on the way to another job when I called to confirm a date.) After three or four back and forth calls, [redacted], the owner, told me he had put a crew together, including himself. I asked if I would be getting some kind of discount for the inconvenience. He paused, asked what option (limited move or full house move) I had decided on, and stated he would be able to do something. His "something" was a third guy who did very little except walk around or put items in the truck only to remove them. The "free" guy (the deal was three movers for the price of two) told me how few hours of sleep he got the night before. I guess that accounted for his lack of motivation. Despite knowing they would be moving a washer, they did not have the tools to disconnect the hoses. (They had not said I needed to have it disconnected for them.) One of the movers left the job and drove to his house to get a wrench.)Finally, everything is loaded and ready to go. Once they started to unload, I actually helped with some of the items to get it done. Most of the items were unloaded just fine, but I worried that the back of my washer would be dented because the tired mover could not hang onto it down the steps. Not sure why they did not use a dolly. When it came time to pay, [redacted] did not have change for the cash payment, although he only accepts credit or cash. He said, "I don't have change. Is that okay?" He would have gotten the change (Granted it was only $6, but there has to be some kind of principle to the whole thing). Finally, the other movers came up with change, and I even came out ahead with a few coins.

They got my items to the new place I am renting, but I will not use them again to move to the house I am buying--or wherever I move. No record of agreeing to service, late to the appointment, an extra person who did little, unprepared with tools, and not able to make change despite accepting cash as a payment method...nope, can't give much of a positive experience with this group.
