tires they picked out and when they arrived, we contacted the customer and they came in on 8/21/2017. On this day, we installed all four tires they ordered. These tires were purchased through the dealer tire program that allows customers to purchase three tires and receive the fourth tire for one dollar. These continental tires the customers ordered also came with a seventy dollar mail in rebate which helped the customer to make their purchase decision. After completing the installation of the tires, the customer came in two days later and informed us that these tires where manufactured in 08/2015. These tires were purchased as new tires from our dealer tire distributor when they were ordered for the customer. We offered to find two newer manufactured tires through our same dealer distributor. However, the distributor searched and was unable to find a more recent manufacture dated tire. We then reached out to the customer by email and telephone, however, did not receive a response. The tires that were installed still have the entire manufacturer's warranty that comes with the purchase of a new tire. This includes two years of road hazard protection warranty and fifty thousand miles or 6 years of manufacture defect warranty from the date of purchase.  [redacted]
