He was hired to do a job and he failed to do it.
I hired Mr. Krantz because he did my house in Ormand Beach, Fl. We then hired him to do my sisters house in Holly Hill, Fl. He was install new gutters and to take down 1 old gutter and down spout that was attached to the porch roof. He was to repair the porch roof that had missing metal panels and styrofoam inserts. Workers installed new gutters and down spouts but one side was pitched away from down spout resulting in rain over flowing the gutter and entering the shed with a washer and dryer in it. They said they would be back when the material came in, it would be a week or two. It's been well past 2 weeks, more like 16 months. He asked me to pay him before the job was done and since I new him from the work on my house I paid him thinking he was a trust worthy person. I was wrong. I have emailed him numerous times and he tells me that his men went over to take care of it. When I called the renters they said someone came and said they'd be back and you'd never see them again. It's not that hard to finish this job so I don't know why they don't finish the job. I have emailed him at least 25 times and have made numerous phone calls but to no avail.

Desired Outcome

Just want him to finish the job he was paid for.

She said that the gutters were overflowing we had went out the gutters were completely full of leaves we clean them out let her know she said it was her daughter and not her so she didn't know about it we came back again put another downspout fix some more two panels on the front porch were blown off will replace that there's four more panels missing that we're not there originally that they want us to fix for free

Krantz gutter co. finally showed up to finish the job, did not fix pitch of gutter but cut in a new downspout with an extension that was blocking the small stepdown sidewalk next to the guest house.We had to redo the downspout to run along the side of the structure to the back. Not to bright of them to do it the way they did it. On the front of the guest house where they were to replace 4 missing foam inserts and 5 missing roof panels, all they did was put in 1 foam insert and panel..REALLY As of today 7/31/2020 still have not finished the job, 2 photos show missing inserts and panels and one shows what they did, bright white foam insert is on the right. They still have 4 missing panels and 3 missing foam inserts and fascia board to install. This company is the worst at completing their contract It is going on over 20 months and the job still not finished! Thank you , *** and

We were not to replace all the panels on her roofi am going to fix them for her next week I will take pictures of the panels after done and send them to you

New installation is buckling. I was told numerous times over the last three weeks they would come and fix and and still a no-show.
Brand new installation is faulty and parts of it are buckling. I was promised numerous times that Fred would come out and repair and fix and after three weeks still a no-show. Either this gets fixed immediately or I would like my money back.

Desired Outcome

Just finished the job correctly This company has a wonderful reputation and I don't know why I'm having all this trouble with them. I am sorry to have to tarnished reputation if they do not complete the job correctly as promised

I was highly recommended to Krantz by someone who was statisfied with his work , I called and he was responsive, came out and gave me a quote which I accepted, over one month later after two follow up calls by me still no installation, one call I was told he thought it would be Thursday which was one month after quote which I accepted. no show and no call. I called the next day and was told that he was waiting for multiple jobs in my area before he would come out. I explained to him from the beginning that bad gutters were causing a leak in my bedroom and this was imperative,due to mold now growing. He should have told me from the beginning that Deland was too far for him from Daytona, but he did not. Now over one month in I still have water in my bedroom every time it rains. The person who referred him intially to me and I will never refer again.

front gutter is too low, will not drain. needs to be taken down and installed properly
April 27, 2018, I agreed to have Krantz Gutters install new gutters. IN addition, downspouts were moved and Mr. Krantz agreed to fill the holes left by the old downspouts as well as replace a fascia board. The total cost of the project was $1,000. I paid by check. May 29, the crew came and replaced only the gutters. They did not fill the holes or replace the fascia board. They did not clean up and left nails and metal plus residue from the old gutters everywhere. The next rain I noticed the edges of the gutters were leaking. I called Mr. Krantz concerning this and he promised to be out to fix it. He never came or called. Next, I saw the gutters in the front of the house were much lower than the other gutters causing it to not drain. I have called at least every other week trying to get this resolved. Sometimes I get a call back saying the crew will be out. sometimes no call. Mr. Krantz finally told me, Friday, August 10, he would send 2 men out Tuesday, August 14, to fix the gutter. They were to arrive at my home at 9 in the morning. No one came and no one called. Noon I tried phoning Mr. Krantz. No one answered the phone and I left a message. I am afraid the gutter will fall because of the standing water weight, not to mention the water is a great breeding spot for mosquitoes.

Desired Outcome

I would like Krantz Gutters to either adjust the gutter so it will drain properly or I would like my money back so I can hire another company to do the job properly.

My installer that had went out and did the work did not let me know that there was still an issue with the gutter but I have talked to him and we will get on that right away and it will be resolved

September 7,2018, I phone the workman's cell. He said he was in the area and would be right over. He did come over and did fix the corner of the gutter which was leaking. He also adjusted the front gutter so it would drain properly. I am satisfied with the corrections but sorry it took so long to achieve this result.
