In September 2012 we bought and paid for factored wood floor and they told us it would work on a concrete floor. They came and laid it and put things down so it would seal I have called them several times to get them to come and listen to my floor to make popping sounds. We gave close to $2700.00 and I fell they lied to us so the last time I called I told them I was writing the Revdex.com.
