I hired M*** J*** for my disability caseI first spoke to her March of and she was very confident regarding my case I did not hear from M*** nor was I able to get in touch with her until almost seven months laterMy only contact was her paralegal S*** S*** and I was rarely able to communicate with her and when I did the information regarding my case was incorrectMy hearing was scheduled for December per the social security office and I was getting emails from S*** saying that M*** was informing her my hearing was not until March of I also needed help with some forms and after relentless calls to the firm I finally spoke to M*** She was very nasty and said it was not her job to help me fill out any formsI was to go through her paralegal S*** S*** At this point I asked her to withdraw from my case and hired another attorneyMiss J*** claimed to have pertinent medical regards needed for my case, but refused to release them to me until only a few days before my hearing after insisting on payment first After waiting for over two years and in the process of being evicted from my home she was withholding information which turned out to be medical records already on file with social security and not the records needed for my caseI provided Miss J*** with names, phone numbers, fax numbers and made sure all of my archived medical records were still available and ready to be sent once Miss J***s sent the requestsNone of those records were ever pulledM*** J*** did nothing for my case yet still submitted a fee petition for the amount of $without my review or consent to social security once my case was approved by an attorney who had to do all of the work last minute and she was paid in fullThis money came out of my disability benefits Her actions disgust me and she should be ashamed of herself for what she did
