I am rejecting this response because:I am not the only one who has complaints about this businessI have discussed this matter with other customers who not only didn't receive their samples (dating back to April), they also handle their customers who order their product the same wayThe business states via their Facebook page and website that they are closed for business due to owner *** *** going AWOL and publicized Kevin's drug abuse There was a post (which has now been removed) that initially stated that Kevin basically took everything*** Curendaro (business owner as well) is now in the process of reopening with promises that he had no hand in dealing with these shipments, he's "only" the website guyHe originally stated that there were only two people dealing with the shipping and handling of the product which he was part of. *** claims that all products are sent out in 4-weeks and after that time frame they reship it if it never arrivesThere are several customer testimonies where the customer contacted them multiple times about reshipping in the span of months to never receive promised itemThe customers (myself included) inquire about the samples and *** gets angry, uses profanity, and then bans you as well as revokes your free samplesI never got the chance to review their shoddy business because I was banned from their Facebook page which has happened to many othersFacebook does not allow any user to review a business if you are blockedThis is the only reason why they have a much higher rating than deserved. If they do receive a negative review, their response is to immediately attack the reviewer with the response "Thanks for the fake review!"They use abusive language and talk down to anyone who challenges their business ethics. It has come to my attention in the last couple of days that there are customers who ordered products from this company and never got their product and/or refundThey abuse their PAYING customers the same wayVerbally abusing them and banning them or just altogether ignoring their complaints and questions*** is now denying all responsibility for these shipments and refundsHe is telling people to contact *** *** (via email) in regards to any refunds where he blatantly tells them " If he won't respond to your emails, I will give you the phone number." The number in question was listed on their page and I made many attempts to call the number listed, but it goes directly to voicemailHow are you supposed to contact a business owner about a refund if they've gone AWOL? As a business owner, it is your responsibility to keep copies of customer information and to keep your clients up to dateThat includes answering questions in a professional manner, using tracking numbers for paid products or informing customer when the item has been shipped as well as when it is expected to be received, and using honest advertising strategy. When I initially did the promotion on June 3, I followed the guidelines as specified to be eligible for the free sampleI messaged them with details and they informed me that it would be shipped outIf there were any discrepancies with my eligibility for the free sample, it was never brought to my attentionI confirmed that my address is correct and it is the address that I use for my Identification Card I also signed up for a second promotion on July and messaged them with necessary detailsI also reminded them about the first sample and made sure to resend my address againThey ensured me the first would be reshipped and the second would be sentI made a public comment (which has now been deleted by the admin of the Facebook page) on their page after weeks about these samplesThey made a snarky reply about "why are you bothering us then? " so I stated that I would take my business elsewhereThat is when they banned me and publicly mocked my post on their pageThey also made sure to state anyone who "bothered" them about these samples would be immediately banned. In regards to the final remark pertaining to me being disqualified from participating in further promotions as well as being a future paying customer; this is a petty attempt to deflect from the problem at handI said and I quote "Kratom Frog sells Kratom (Mitragyna Speciosa) which helps with chronic pain and anxiety"No where in my whole complaint did I refer to ingesting the product or that they sold it for such purposesAnyone who knows about this plant, knows that it has been known to help with chronic pain, anxiety, depression, weight loss and much, much moreThere is plenty of information made available to the public in concerns to the uses for Kratom and it's benefitsIn order to present a case against this company, I was told to be as specific as possible about what the company sells and the issues presented in the above mentioned. This company is apparently incapable of proper business managementI do advise any future clients to use cautionI also advise that this company and all complaints be thoroughly investigated*** has public announcements to decease and desist any pending Revdex.com complaints in attempt to further investigation which is a red flagThe Facebook posts that *** has previously made contradict what is presented on their websiteFor example: He admits that *** *** and *** *** A.K.A Forest Dragon Kratom is a scam, yet proclaims on the KratomFrog website that he will be partnering with this businessI have included screenshots for evidentiary purposes

practice this and we are just like every other legal entity doing commerce in the United States. We do not provide samples nor orders to any restricted state, country, or county. Why are samplers complaining at times? We get hundreds of requests per day. Processing them takes time and we tell our samplers that it will take at least up to 4 to 6 weeks for them to receive the sample, if not longer. In other situations when USPS loses our samples, which happens often considering the volume of requests we get, we reship for free to the sampler. Ever single time. They just have to wait the advertised waiting period (4 to 6 weeks) to report that it hadn't arrived. This is to ensure the sample is not just delayed rather than truly lost for good. That costs us money but we do it because we love our customers and samplers.Additionally, not everyone follows the directions properly and qualifies for a free sample, regardless of their level of billowing, huffing, puffing, threatening, harassing, mass-messaging, abusing the social media system to threatening to harm us, etc. I can't attest to [redacted] specific situation personally because we have received thousands of requests over the last 10 months, 90% of them positive and the other 10% get reshipped and only about half of those end up giving up on us before we have a chance to appease them due to a fault not of our own doing, yet we persist. But I can promise that I know for a fact every single one of our staff members treats every single customer and sampler fairly. Everyone who follows the instructions correctly will receive a free sample within 6 weeks, sent to the address they provide, or we reship for free. If they mess up on the address, it gets mis-delivered or returned to us or lost/stolen, and we have no way of knowing what the real address is or that it didn't show up unless they contact us to update us and even then we have to actually read the request. It takes time to get through all of them.Kratom Frog receives hundreds of requests for support in addition to the sample requests, every single day. So she may not be entitled to a free sample, USPS may have lost a sample, or otherwise, but once a sampler or customer becomes abusive we terminate the account, refund any payment (if any) and ask that they remove any/all shares she has made about our company. This is strictly prohibited by Kratom Frog and our members. She is disqualified from participating in promotions and has been notified several times that she is banned from our business.
