making derogatory comments towards myself and my companyI have saved all the emails she has sent, which contain many slanderous comments and threats, and will be forwarding them to my attorneyWe have a spotless record as far as customer service goes, and to be honest I think this person may have problems that prevent him or her from making rational decisionsRegardless, this is the first time I am hearing about a refund, but would be happy to do so and have already done so after receiving this emailI would request that this be updated on my file, that I have complied fully with your request for a refund, and have been trying to do so with this customer from the very beginningI also have all of the harassing and absurd emails from this person saved, and if you need them I would be happy to forward them to youShe also called me a terrorist, which I believe is a pretty serious crime, should I decide to take it up with the authoritiesThank you and please let me know if you need anything else.

We received an inquiry regarding another vendor's product, Kratom Kaps, and informed the consumer that the product he was looking for is not manufactured by us; therefore, we were unable to assist them with their inquiry. our site, we do not have any information regarding the make of the product itself. After looking through our order database we were unable to find the consumer's order information, and can verify that the consumer has not placed an order with our site.Thank you,ManagerKratom-K

Review: I have been coming into contact with the same merchant who has multiple alias, websites and/or affiliations. I have even been on Amazon and have experienced the same method of operation. I purchase a herb called kratom which does alleviate stiffness and pain caused by arthritis. Also, like coffee it combats fatigue. The problem is that there is a vendor/merchant that has so many websites and uses Amazon under different alias selling this product. At first, this person or persons does send the correct kratom herb, but after a few purchases it is switched to something fake, ie. tea or even dirt and grass. The times that I have come in contact with this type of switch is always the same as far as the email communication. The person says they will replace or refund, but never does. Or they will claim that they have done nothing wrong and repeat purchases prove they are legitimate. Once a official complaint, i.e. Revdex.com,Consumer Affairs is communicated, the merchant then claims extortion or intimidation. This person always says through the email correspondence that they were willing to refund or replace, but because I communicated an official complaint, they will no longer replace or refund. The vendor/merchant prides him or herself in being knowledgeable on the law and has attorneys. This person has even barraged me with insults after I have communicated via email that I will complain to law enforcement officials I had submitted a complaint to the IC3 and the California Attorney General a couple of years ago the company was called KT Botanical. About six months ago I complained to the New York State Revdex.com the company is called Velvet Soul Botanicals. Today, it is you, IC3 the company is Kratom-k.com. In the past year I have used Amazon, but quickly discovered the same type of switching going on. On Amazon, the merchant/vendor has so many alias storefronts and seller names. They would initially send the correct herb in order to get a great review on Amazon. I am sure I am not the only one, but once the fake herb was replaced and sent the merchant would claim that they have such great reviews, etc. This happened to me twice on Amazon and after their investigation regarding the alias storfront names and sellers who actually is the same person or persons running this scam Amazon refunded my money. On one Amazon email communication the merchant told me that he is the supplier to many of the kratom shops and thought his bad batch from his warehouse in Florida was all sent to a headshop in Texas. This is the same thing that has happened to me a total of five times. Again, the merchant after a few days of email communication which he/she first appears to willing to refund or replace then merchant says I messed it all up by my indicating that the authorities would be contacted or because I have harassed them with a request for a refund they will no longer replace or refund All five times this has happened I used my debit card. All five times the language and content of the emails from the merchant was nearly identical, but I have ordered from websites that claim and the packages are sent from California, Oregon, Nevada, Texas and New York. Everyone that uses kratom is not a little old lady like me who will take the time to complain to the authorities. One online kratom/herb company Save on Kratom supposedly in Oregon wants ONLY VISA which happens to be on a lot of debit cards. Kt Botanicals website closed soon after I contacted the California Attorney General. The two storefronts on Amazon Gold of Sunshine and Alternative of the Earth are no longer there after my complaints to Amazon. Velvet Soul Botanicals and Kratom-K both were on Amazon. Velvet Soul didn't switch products until I ordered from them off of Amazon-their own website.Desired Settlement: I would like my $97.00 refunded back to my credit card.
