Review: I have made several attempts to retrieve my mothers prescription glasses being repaired at krause optical I have physically went to office and have called numerous times leaving a detailed message for the last 90 days. I have expressed the seriousness of obtaining my moms glasses due to the fact she is virtually blind without them. I have not received a call back from krause optical and today was my last attempt. Unfortunately my mom is on a fixed income and cannot afford to purchase another pair at this time that leaves us depending on krause optical to return the glasses or to replace them if in fact they are lost. My mothers name is[redacted]Desired Settlement: repair or replace asap
