his complaint is valid however we are still not due to deliverHe ordered the work middle of October and was quoted a Month completion dateWe shipped Jan 28th and he received Feb 3rdThat is when it was damaged in shippingOnce he called we put in a dispute to shipper and was denied the
insurance on itWe communicated to the Customer that we will make a new set and we are making a new set, but the product takes every bit of months to finishWe bought an original set for him and started the workWe are on track to deliver on time by April 27th
