4 or 5 scheduled payments within the month. In April they only paid $75 of the $240 owed that month, in May they only paid $100 of the $300. We have not charged them any late fees and have made multiple attempts to contact them by phone to set up pay arrangements. I purchased an 02 Trail Blazer,Their have been some issues but [redacted] and the crew took care of the problems and answered any questions.The prices are high but when your in a pinch like I was it's worth the extra.Keep up the good work.

Review: I went to the dealership and took the vehicle to my mechanic for a pre-purchase inspection. He found the rear coil springs and RR knuckle needed to be replaced and gave me a quote of $440. When I went to the dealership and showed the sales person the quote, they tried telling me that my mechanic gave me a high quote and they called their mechanic and gave me a quote of $185 for the repair, so I took purchased the vehicle and took the vehicle to their mechanic, who fixed it, but ended up costing me $440. I made 2 weekly payments and in that ime other issues with the car started. The rear hatch opens when driving down the road, heat controls dont work properly, the AWD and anti lock brakes stopped working. I again made a complaint to the dealership about how much their mechanic charged, and the other issues with the car, and their response was "sorry" you bought it "as is" and told me that my purse was what was causing the hatch to open, and the heat controls didnt affect drivability. My purse is not stored by the console while driving, and the "heater" blowing cold air to defrost windows, does not work when the temperature is below 0. They had someone at the dealership look at the vehicle and he told me the AWD and antilock brakes problem was a LF wheel bearing the other issues did not affect driving and not their problem. I took the vehicle to my mechanic, and the problem with the AWD and anti lock brakes was not the bearing but a wiring problem, and also the RR bearing needed to be replaced. He fixed the wheel bearing and ordered the wiring harness for the LF wheel, to fix the AWD and braking issues. That trip to the mechanic cost $350. I then took the car and replaced all 4 tires, because the tires they sold on the car were not "street legal" another $150 for used tires. Now last Thursday, January 2, while running errands my car would not start after stopping at a couple stores, another tow to my mechanic and more money. Zoe auto group refuses to do anything.still will need an alignment.Desired Settlement: I would like most or all of what I have spent to make the car drivable. I have only had the vehicle a little over a month. It is the only vehicle I have to get back an forth the 20 miles to work, and around town to grocery store to feed my children, who I am the sole provider for.

On October 31, 2013 [redacted] purchased a used AS IS 2002 Buick Rendezvous. Upon the inspection of the vehicle prior to the sale we made all repairs that were evident or we noted any problems on the buyers guide. In this case we noted on the guide in 2 obvious places that the tires were worn and not legal, so her complaint about the tires is baseless as she was fully aware of the condition prior to the sale. We also noted that the AC was inoperable and that there was a small chip in the windshield. Prior to the sale she took the vehicle on a test drive to her mechanic and he felt that it may need a wheel bearing, there was no mention of a coil spring. We noted that problem on the buyers guide and that it was her responsibility to fix it on her own AND we discounted her purchase price $200 to cover expense of her fixing the wheel bearing at her mechanic. She then came in six days after purchasing her vehicle complaining that the auto dimming feature on her rear view mirror did not work. We found that it did not work and this was not noted during the time of inspection. We offered her a FULL refund on her vehicle or she could keep the vehicle as is. She choose to keep the vehicle. We did not hear from her again until 12/7/2013 this time she was complaining about the mirror again, that her lift gate was showing that it was open and that the ABS light came on. When we went out to her car her purse was sitting in the center of the vehicle and was hitting the lift gate button, this is what caused the lift gate a jar light to come on. We told her to drop the car on Wed 12/11 for our lot manager to look at. It was found that the ABS light was on due to it needing a wheel bearing which was noted on her her purchase contract. We also put in a new mirror for her with the auto dimming feature working. When we called her to explain the light was due to the wheel bearing she then said that the headlight didn't work and it had poor heat. We went out to verify her latest complaints and found them to be without merit as the headlights were both working and the car was so warm that it melted the frozen cup of coffee that she was using for an ash try in the center of her car.

I purchased a vehicle from Krazy Mikes knowing full well that the price was ridiculous and the interest was even worse. I have been on time with my payments the entire time and for a few months I paid double the monthly payment. I recently moved and was out of a job for a few weeks and now am three weeks behind. [redacted], the owner, called me today telling me that they are going to issue a repossession order on Wednesday. I'm three weeks behind and have already paid twice what the car is worth. I tried to tell her that I'd get a check in the mail when I get paid Friday and she told me that I need to hand deliver a money order to them. I live three hours away and that is not going to work and she refused to try to help me and basically threatened to repossess my car for the holidays. Their practices are atrocious as it goes with collecting payments, especially with a customer whose been in good standing for two and a half years.

Review: We have been told multiple times that we are not making payments. Just recently received a letter informing us that we have not made payments on our vehicle since may 2015. but we have multiple witnesses who were with us when we made the payments each time. we feel that someone is framing the business and are concerned for other customers whom may be receiving the same letters and lies.Desired Settlement: Would like the billing issue brought to the business owners and want our vehicle payments to be where they are supposed to be.

Review: Hi there I am writing in regards again against this company, I have been with them for three years this is infact my second car with this company as I thought it was a great company as they always worked with me but now I am finding out that this is no longer the case 8-13-14 I came home for lunch break at work was inside one-two mins go outside and [redacted] sales lady was in my truck with something in the ignition I asked whats going on she said there taking m truck now I am on monthly payments of 200$ a month 250$ for moths with 5 weeks now they repossessed my car two weeks before my payment was needed to be paid 8-21-2014 as it is noted on my account I pay 200$ monthly. On 8-21 my payment would have been 240$ as I paid an extra 10$ in the month of july, My payment history even shows that I was current along with all my receipts if I paid the full 240 on 8-21-014 which means my payments were not behind, they keep saying im a month behind but according to my history they gave me I am not they took my truck as a result of the 140$ being owed which was clearly not owed untill 8-21-14 with a full payment of 240$ which would have me current till 9-21-2014, I was never given a notice or a courtesy call about any back payments, when I was in there office 7-21-14 they had said I needed to pay another 50$ for the month of july I went back in a week later and paid it, they than ran me down to say I owed more money I said I have no more cash on me and to call me monday to confirm I in-fact owed 40$ more and I would come in and pay the remaining 40$ which was to be applied for the month and bill for 8-22-14, they never called and blamed this all on me, [redacted] an old receptionist there made weekly courtesy calls to any customer who was behind, I paid them every time they said they needed more,they didn't not even write on the receipt they gave me for 100$ paid at time of repo for what it was for and the receipt of payment doesn't show where my 390$ went, I CAN afford my payments as I told them I can and make 11$ an hour and have for 3 years now, the Best part of the repo I was removing my sons infant car seat and [redacted] started my car and put it in reverse abruptly as I was still in my car causing my rear passenger door to hit me, I have filled a formal police report for negligence, they wanted to call the cops while I was on the phone asking for a ride to go get my truck back [redacted] stated to the camera lady call the cops she has people coming and will be issues, 1, I called my sons grandma for a ride 2, I willingly without a fight gave her my keys, and told there camera lady I am giving you my keys and there will be no issues as my son is inside, and I have an eye witness to the what happened as she watched outside her window the entire time, I asked repeatedly how much I owed she couldn't give me a correct response, she than proceeded to drive off with my truck with both passenger side doors open to where I had to shut them while she was driving she also drove with my rear hatch open and it alerts you if its open and if she hit a bump hard enough the rear hatch could have opened broken off and injured another motorist driving behind my truck which then I would have been liable for, they had my truck for two hours they blamed that on me saying I hit my keyless lock on my key chain which my truck never came with than told me I hit the release button which I have to push hard to open and is on my center counsel, I had a half of tank of gas in my truck when it was returned it was on empty windows down my ac was cranked and I don't use my ac as the fan is going, there comment was well we could have towed it and charged you 400$ [redacted] also said in my truck that I would not have to pay the repo fee if I gave her the keys to my truck which I in fact did without a fight, I got charged the repo fee my sons grandma was on the phone the entire time and heard it all, I called the company at 323 pm asking for information the phone call was 24 mins long, I left my house making my drive 15mins with lights I got to the dealership around 402pm to pick up my truck after paying 390$ to get it back I had to wait over 35 mins for my truck at the dealership, meaning the had my truck in there possession for two hours, after receiving my truck back I noticed somethings were wrong with the electrical, ill admit the blinker bulb is dying but thats an easy fix for me, I had called them within one min of leaving the dealership voicing my concern they said I caused all problems with my truck, and were very extremely cocky on the phone and kept making snooty remarks to my concerns, as I said you cant drive off with someone hanging out of a vehicle retreiving a safety device for an infant and to ensure all doors are closed before speeding off, they kept saying it was my fault I am taking it to three reputable mechanics as there mechanics refuse to truthfully tell me whats wrong with my car. All in all I have never had this bad of an experience with this company or any company I was satisfied with my first purchase, reason I retuned to buy my 2nd vehicle that has now been labeled an unsafe driving deathtrap, I mentioned my concerns and they said I am to sensitive and know nothing about cars "mechanic said to me", I have also contacted an injury lawyer as my door did hit me in the head which is considered an unsafe repo, I will admit I was upset and crying but never did I make them feel threatened in any way shape or form I kept my distance as I didn't want my son to see anything negative, if they are willing to correct there mistakes and refund me the repo charge and give me all payment histories for prior truck and current truck and reimburse me for my inconvenience and time and gas they used and credit my account, as it really upset my son and affected him negatively I will not press criminal charges against negligence my lawyer is waiting for the police report which will be ready monday 8-18-2014 for further review, I did inform them I had made legal contact before I picked up my truck they said yeah okay whatever, the officer did agree there comes a fine line in a safe repo and unsafe repo and talking with the witness and myself he had in fact deemed it to be unsafe and negligent he is also reviewing the footage from that day, I have also contacted a civil lawyer who is ready to take on this case as he has had many inquiries about legal advice against krazy mikes dealing with illegal repos unsatisfied customers, and advertisement faults, and to many car problems after purchase, I will commend [redacted] as she did help me stay calm at the dealership and acted professionally, also wanted to add when I brought my truck in to be looked at the gentleman selling the car looked right at the purchaser and said that if he didn't get any car insurance it was okay and in wisconsin you legally must have it, so for a salesperson to say that to a customer is far from professional, this company treated me great up until I got my new truck, ill never buy from here again.... the promise amazing cars and safe reliable cars my guess 1 out of 10 cars they sell wont have problems two weeks after purchase.Desired Settlement: fix this issue at hand I don't want a response saying negative about me as they know what they did was wrong as they never sent me any default in payment letters or repo letters. The communication between employes and customers is just horrible and far from professional

Her car was repossessed on 8/13/2014 in a manner that complies with all local and state laws. She was sent three Right to Cure Notices as she has been in default for most her loan. She was sent a certified notice on March 20th, April 17th & May 13th. (See attached) Legally we only have to send two letters in a calender year; however, we always error on the side of caution and as a courtesy to the consumer send an extra letter hoping to get their account current. The 3 letters she was mailed clearly explain the repossession process. She was also notified by phone of her past due payments and that her vehicle was in danger of repossession on 3/21/2014 at 2:54 PM, 5/20/2014 at 11:49 AM, 7/21/2015 at 12:04 PM. We had in person conversations about her past due status 6/20/2014 and on 8/1/2014.

Review: I have now purchased my 2nd vehicle thru this company and can't even makeup payments as a result of owning the car 3

Months and have had to replace all stem valves tires battery that was 8 years old brake lines were fixed by there shop using duct taped they sold the car 20000 miles over the oil change no fluid were in car transmission is about to go my door handles broke off so can't enter my cat as its keyless entry and was never given the keyless entry key for my car at time of purchase they promised me and my father they would sell me a car that was safe and reliable for me

And my two year old son every week I have had another problem show up including the electrical system that controls my heat for heat in winter my wisconsin buyers guide says car is in great condition well if pieces of my car fall off

Two weeks after purchase "muffler" and exhaust system fell off in there shop January 25th 2014 and has still yet to be replaced please help me out with this as I have 30 other people that have had been sold junk cars from this location yet there still I'm operation I have put maybe 800 miles on the car since I bought itDesired Settlement: Please
