I am rejecting this response because:the board control never was a problem, why I should pay for something that the refrigerator don't need.again the sensor you installed was not for my fridge.a soon the other technician installed the right sensor everything work.this is very simple to understand.by the way I never argue with you.the only thing is you don't want to pay for something you damaged thats why you never pick up the phone.thank you

[redacted] called me saying he had problems with his [redacted] refrigerator because it was having a liquefaction problem. When I got there his freezer was all frosted so I did defrost on it and installed a sensor. The sensors control the temperature and in this case the sensor was making the freezer freeze...

more than it should. As I was installing he was watching everything I did. After the part was installed I cleaned the condenser before putting everything back. I connected the refrigerator and when I placed it back the compressor started back up and was working perfectly. He called in the next day letting me know that the refrigerator was not cooling. I went three days later to see what was causing the problem. I noticed the compressor nor was the condenser fan motor working. I informed him that, that is why his refrigerator was not cooling. As I was checking, I noticed there was no signal between the board control and both the compressor and the fan. When I let him know about the signal loss he mentioned he was an electrician or something in that sort. He took out his tester and he noticed himself that there was no signal. The sensors would not have caused the problem. When I installed the sensor temperature maybe the frosting problem could have occurred in the next couple of weeks, but not cause it all to stop cooling. I take full responsibility of the part, but not of the whole refrigerator. When I called him to give him the price for the control board he said he did not want to pay and he blamed me for the whole thing. When I tried talking to him he would start accusing. He could not have a civil conversation with me so the next time I did not answer his calls because I did not want to argue with him. I noticed that in his complaint to our company he mentioned that another company installed a sensor. His exact words were “They put a new sensor of course the right one and the refrigerator is working fine”. There is only on type of sensor for the [redacted] brand and that is the same one we installed. Thank you.
