Review: Rented an RV for a week to travel. RV broke down in middle america and cost us a day full of our vacation in WY where we had to wait on a tow and repairs. The belt broke due to lack of maintenance. Although RV owner did pay for the tow and repair, we lost a full day of our vacation. Additionally, the RV had missing parts in the roof causing rain to fall on us while we were inside the vehicle. We asked that he refund us one day of rental fees for this and he did agree that that would be fair and that the check had been mailed. Have been playing the "checks in the mail" game for 8 months now.Desired Settlement: Seeking repayment of $380(one days rental fees) via check. Will provide all supportive emails if requested.
