[redacted] Please See Attached Documents [redacted] October 01, 2015Revdex.comAttn: [redacted] PO Box 1000Dupont, Washington 98327RE: [redacted] ***Complaint ID: [redacted] Ms [redacted] states that she was asked to give us a month to complete her order and that “after about months I hadstill not heard from them,” and that she went about contacting the sales representative with whom she placed herorderShe further alleges that “for several weeks my calls and texts were ignored/avoided,” and that “about 5weeks later Bre J [redacted] (sales representative) finally answered his phone ” This timeline of events that Ms[redacted] is describing is contradictory to the her credit card statementHer deposit was made via Square on 5-7-15and her complete refund was processed via Square on 6-19-15.In addition, Ms [redacted] claims of credit card fraud and breach of contract are falseNo contract was signed byWane+Flitch or the customerHer refund was processed via Square, which does not require re-entry of credit cardinformation or customer signature to execute a refundNo additional charges were made to her credit card at anytime.While we regret that we were unable to complete Ms [redacted] project in our projected timeline, the customer wasmade aware that our estimated dates for completion are just that, estimatesNo guarantees for job completiondates are made to any of our customers on custom orders, because we work with a product that is subject tocracking, splitting, shrinkage, and a host of other issues that require additional time to work throughOnce Ms[redacted] began harassing one of our employees about her project, the decision was made to refund her deposit and nolonger pursue a business relationshipWhile Ms [redacted] states that she is disappointed with not having her productand feels that her time was wasted in this endeavor, there has been zero financial liability on her part as she hasbeen issued a full refund for her initial deposit.We pride ourselves on delivering a high-quality product and customer service experience to each and every one ofour customersOf the hundreds of custom pieces of live edge furniture we have created, Ms [redacted] is the only one we have received a complaint fromPlease acknowledge receipt of this letter and do not hesitate to let us know if there is anything further you needfrom us.Sincerely,Jeffery W***Wane+Flitch
