initial estimate you said we gave,*** let you know that the surgical procedure itself for a soft palate reduction would be $She did not say that was the entire fee, as it obviously would not have entailed or covered the anesthesia, the catheter, the cost of using the laser, the radiographs, or the medications to go homeThat was a verbal estimate, given on the fly by doctor for the specific procedure only, and she did not make up a formal estimate at the time of that discussionThe girls who initially called you to go over the complete estimate would have explained that to you, however they were given little opportunity to do so, as they were repeatedly castigated by yourself and your fiance on the phone before you, as you summarily put it, "hung up." You and your fiance did indeed proceed to follow this call up with a personal visit, and were not willing to be assuaged in any way, shape, or formWhen*** was presented to you, she attempted to explain what the rest of the charges were forShe was repeatedly interrupted by both yourself and your husband.*** took further efforts to mitigate and it appeared that you were minutely mollified, and were attempting to schedule the procedureHowever, after your inappropriate language and behavior on the phone with our staff, as well as your obvious dissatisfaction with the discussions later,*** opted to not provide with the desired future services for laser surgery citing that your displeasure with our then-current services would likely increase with further serviceComplex surgical services should be provided by a doctor that you explicitly trustYou did not trust our doctor's medical decisions, and as such, we did not feel comfortable providing further services when it was likely to continue to be unsatisfactory for youAt no time did the Doctor raise her voice or make any demeaning commentsWe simply advised you to find a practice that was more satisfactory for you
We have a large community of extremely loyal clientele who would have agreed that we did everything we could have, considering this situation

I have taken my cat to this hospital two times this year. At first the people were nice but I felt as though they just wanted to go thru patients as quickly as possible and did not do a thorough check on my animal or ask about bald spots my cat had because of allergies, so when I asked them about this issue they never ended up answering my question or addressing this problem my pet was experiencing, after this second dental surgery they gave my cat a different medication than the first time and it caused her to start gasping for air, I called them and informed them and asked if I could have the same medication as last time because she tolerated that one well, and if there was anyway that I could bring back the bottle and have them discount the amount off the new medication because I have no income whatsoever and am waiting to be approved for disability, I know they can't use the medication after its opened so when they denied my request I understood, I was able to come up with the $50 for the medication so I called them to have it filled, I came in ten or fifteen min later, there were no clients in the hospital. I went to the front desk and as soon as they saw my physical appearance when I asked for the medication, the attitude towards me changed and I felt that I was treated like I was going to take my own animals medication to use as a drug. not only was the medication still not ready after being told it was being filled on the phone ten minutes prior, but when they went in the back to begin filling it for ten minutes I stood at the desk waiting while I could hear them in the back whispering and talking to each other, finally I was given the medication. I will not bring my animal back to a place where they will charge me $370 every time I come in for dental issues, I have spent over $600 in two visits for them to do literally less than a five minute exam before telling me my animal needs dental surgery and treat me as a drug addict when I report my animal is having an allergic reaction to the medication, I would NEVER take my animals medication, it was extremely upsetting the way I was looked at and not taken seriously when my animal was in need of a necessary accomodation. For how much this clinic charges I would not recommend it due to the quality of service and the way they treated me and probably other people based on physical appearance, they were very nice at first but in my opinion it was not an honest, careing, kindness, I feel it is simply a way to attract people into the business.

My fiance and I had went into Kreature Komforts to talk about a operation that [redacted] was supposed to do on my dog. The 1st visit she said the amount would be $350.00. Perfect!, let's do it.. so I made a appointment to get it done. A few days after I got a call to confirm it and that I had the 3k to do it... what? No! That is not what patty had told us. So I hung up and we drove down to the office to talk face to face. We got to the office and started talking about the amount that [redacted] has told us.. well come down to it.. A estimate can be thousands.. not a few hundred.so anyways, [redacted] comes to the counter and starts yelling at us.. she didn't put us in a room, she did this in the lobby, with other people in the lobby she was going off on my fiance.she then looks at me.. and says, you look mean looking, you always have that look on your face, and I can't have you doing business here.
