We will pay for the replacement of the floor mat, we have received the estimate of $70.80.  I have left the customer a message today to call me and we will get this resolved.[redacted]

I am the owner of Sunnybrook Auto Spa.  On 3/7/18 I received a call from my manager stating that a customer was not satisfied with services she received on 2/24/18.  She stated we had put 50 mile on her vehicle while in our possession.  On the evening of 3/7/18 I reviewed the cameras...

of her visit on 2/24/18.  On 3/8/18 I called the customer and left a voicemail message to return my call about her concerns.  On the 3/9/18 the customer returned my call and stated that there was cat hair left on the back of the seat and a mud spot on the vehicle.  Also she stated her cup holder wasn't cleaned.  The customer stated we had put 50 miles on her vehicle.  I offered to let the customer to review our cameras to show her the vehicle never left our lot.  The vehicle went straight to the wash tunnel and into the detail shop.  Where it remained until the customer arrived for pick up.  She stated she wasn't worried about the mileage too much as she was the cat hair, mud spot and cup holder.  I apologized to her about the issues and offered the customer to call the car wash and schedule a time to rewash and address her concerns at her convenience.  She said okay.  Upon review of the cameras I reviewed 3 car wash attendants work very hard on the vehicle for over 2 hours.  When the customer came to pick up her vehicle she reviewed her vehicle in the detail shop.  At which time the manager told the customer if she seen anything wrong to please let the attendant know and he would take care of it.  When the vehicle was pulled outside the customer noticed a spot at which time the attendant addressed the issue.  The customer was satisfied and left the lot.We disagree with her chain of events in this situation.We strive to give all of our customers quality services and correct any issues.We are still offering this customer a free Manager's Special and to correct any issues that she brought to our attention at her convenience.Sincerely,[redacted]
