I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.

[redacted] October 20, 2015 It is inconceivable and downright appalling for the GM of Krebs to force feed me that the listing of the 2012 Patriot on their website as a certified pre-owned was a MISTAKE, because MISTAKES don’t occur and continue for 2-weeks without something being done to correct them. Additionally HE didn’t realize and LEARN of his MISTAKE; I brought the listing of the 2012 Patriot to their attention upon visiting the dealership (9/21/15).  That’s the real reason why the 2012 Patriot was removed from the website the very NEXT DAY.  These are examples of deceptive and unethical business practices. Furthermore, throughout all of this dialogue, the GM has deliberately NEVER addressed the fact that his 2 WEEK MISTAKE caused State Farm Insurance to decline the diminished actual cash value claim payment they would have made; in the process we lost thousands.

I am writing in regards to complaint #[redacted]  Attached, please find Mr. [redacted]'s original letter, our response and Mr. [redacted]'s response to our e-mail.  Our attached response to his letter will provide you with our response to this complaint.  The sale listing...

of Mr. [redacted]'s vehicle was, as stated in our e-mail, done in error.  The vehicle was removed from our various websites and removed from our sales listings upon discovering my error.  What Mr. [redacted] fails to realize is that I am responsible for literally hundreds of new and pre-owned vehicles.  His vehicle is but one in this vast array of vehicles.  I update my pre-owned vehicles once a week.  Basically, there was one update where I didn't remove the vehicle from our website.  Upon learning of the history of said vehicle, it was removed from our websites.  Mr. [redacted] was provided photographs showing his vehicle was made into a courtesy shuttle for the dealership.  Additionally, and perhaps most importantly, when Mr. [redacted] first voiced his displeasure about the price of his vehicle, he was offered to take back the vehicle upon the refund of the money that was paid to him.  Mr. [redacted] would have been free to do whatever with the vehicle without ANY financial loss on his part.  Mr. [redacted] REFUSED this offer.  Again, all Mr. [redacted] had to do was return our money and he could have taken his car back.  He refused.  Our attached response will provide further detail.
