I am rejecting this response because: I am rejecting this reply because, it is no different than his previous offer from two months ago, which he already knows I rejectedHis offer remains the same, after both Angie's List AND the Revdex.com got involved, so no efforts/progress has been made on his part to settle this dispute.MrW seems to be unable to acknowledge that he did NOT in fact, follow the design that both my designer and I asked for BEFORE we even began constructionHe has continued to try and cover up for himself, with a string of lies(These lies, I will have no problem proving at a later date.) In the process, he has repeatedly published libels about me, which also will be dealt with at a later timeThe Department of Labor states, that "a contractor must by law, warranty his work"MrW is not willing to do so, without more contractsPer my attorney's advice, I am not signing any more contracts with himTherefore, it is clear that I will not be able to settle this in the Revdex.com formatHe will be hearing from the next agency that gets involved in this caseSadly, I think it might take going to court for him to begin taking responsibility for his actions.Thank you ***, for trying to help in this situation.***
