October 23, 2014To Whom It May Concern:I am writing this letter in response to a complaint that was submitted to the Revdex.com by [redacted]. [redacted] reported that she was forced to have service with our company, that the recycling has not been removed from her...

residence, she was forced to leave a message, and that no one returned her phone calls,According to our records, [redacted] resides at [redacted]. This residence is on one of our subscription runs. All of our subscription customers have the opportunity to contract with the trash company of their choice. While we appreciate each and every customer that chooses our company, she is by no means “forced” to have service with our company. We have been contacted by [redacted] and her husband regarding their missed recycling and have spoken to both **. and [redacted] on the telephone regarding this issue. There may have been occasions that either had to leave a message, but both have been spoken to on different occasions on the telephone by a representative from our office. Their residence is picked up on a Friday, so, in the event of a missed pick-up a message would have to be left as our offices are not open on a Saturday or Sunday. Once the message was received on a Monday morning it is assigned to be picked up, Our company has a policy that any miss is to be picked up within 24 hours of the message being received, According to our records, someone was sent back out to that address within 24 hours of the message being received, and there was nothing out to be removed. Additionally, the resident is paying for the service of trash removal, We offer recycling service to our customers with no additional charge. It is a free service that we offer as a courtesy to our customers. At no time was the contracted service of trash removal missed.
Since the last reported miss on August 4, 2014, at which time a truck was sent to their residence within 24 hours of the message with no recycling curbside to be removed, there have not been any reported issues at that residence. Our company continues to be dedicated to providing the best customer service and we will continue to strive to achieve that. We are confident that this issue has been resolved and that any future concerns will continue to be handled in a timely and efficient manner.Sincerely,
