We have had a number of large purchases with Kreckler and recently we purchased a costly womens ring for our 50th anniversary The design was agreed upon but when the ring was received it was completely different from that requestedAfter visiting a few more jewelers to try and rectify the error, Kreckler would not help resolve their error, I was told that this ring was too masculine for a women but maybe somebody had a casting left over and that is why we got that design In good faith we paid for the ring upon picking it up but when my wife recounted to me the commitment she was given I then tried to resolve the issue but to no avail
