My wife and I had our auto & home insurance through *** Krell & Krell FinancialBack in March, we received a cancellation letter for failure to pay our premiumWe thought based on the letter that we received that we had not made our payments for almost a yearI made attempts to speak with *** Krell not only on the phone, but in person to try and resolve this issue*** answered the phone which was the only number we had, and in a rude tone asked me not to call his cell phone and immediately hung upIt was the only number I had, and did not realize that this was indeed his cell phoneThen, I proceeded to his office as it was close to our homeI figured that I would sit down with him and try and resolve this issue peacefullyHowever when I went there, his secretary informed me that he was out of the office for most of the day, however he was sitting in his office with his door openWhen I asked to speak with ***, his assistant informed me that he was no longer my agent, but that she wasThen *** slammed his door shut, and his receptionist proceeded to ask me to leave the premises for insinuating that she was lying to me based on her voice mail that I received as I was parking in their parkingThe voice mail informed me that *** would be out for most of the day, however when I entered the facility he in fact was thereWhen I asked again to speak with ***, *** came out of his office and made it appear to me as if he was on the phone with the city of Gilbert Police departmentI was able to later verify with the Gilbert Police department that no phone calls were made from the Mesa address, from Krell Financial or *** Krell, or their phone numberIt is our opinion that *** and his associates there at Krell Financial are unethical in how they handle their business especially in the way that they handled their business with us and in the way that they communicated with usUnfortunately there has been it least one other incident with a representative from our office also having a negative encounter with *** KrellPersonally, we believe that they could have easily resolved our issues, but instead created an unwelcome presence and an unprofessional environmentWe will NEVER use *** nor will we refer him business
