Thanks so much for your comments We are truly sorry we could not fulfill the order While we are a family owned and operated retail florist just outside of ***, PA, we do service the entire country directly through *** and also through local delivery services in each area
This was stated on the *** page you visited on our site Your order was placed on Saturday, February 15th, the day after Valentine's Day Due to the increased volume for the holiday, many florists shut down for a few days to get caught up with paperwork and customer service inquiries At the time your order was placed, every product page stated that "Due to the Valentine's Day holiday, some areas may not be deliverable." Since the delivery date was Sunday, we could not use *** to get something there so we were limited to the shops that were open at the time We checked with all our affiliates in the area and the closest one did not service the *** area I know your order did not have anything to do with Valentine's Day but unfortunately, the timing of this order made it impossible to fill If there was a shop accepting orders, it would have been filled I do see that we already refunded you the full amount so at the time you wrote the message to Revdex.com, the refund had already been processed Again, we are so sorry we could not fill this order We wish you the very best

[To assist us in bringing this matter to a close, you must give us a reason why you are rejecting the response. If no reason is received your complaint will be closed Administratively Resolved]
 Complaint: [redacted]
I am rejecting this response because: I received an email on Saturday stating there was no Sunday delivery, implying the order would be delivered Monday. If that was not true, even at that time, I still had time to make other arrangements, However, since the company lied about it, I had no chance to place an order with someone else, and my $79.44 was 'pending' from my bank account, preventing me from using those funds any other way.

To a person grieving over a death in the family, your 'sorry' is inadequate. Why was I not offered any compensation? A free arrangement at the very least would have shown your remorse. However, I was just told 'sorry' with no alternatives offered and no offers of what you could or were willing to do to make this right.

Your company falsely advertised delivery to [redacted] NC. Regardless of disclaimers that delivery may be delayed due to the holiday, your representative told me that the florist you wired the order to, did not deliver in [redacted] NC...so why did you wire it to them??? Kremp florist needs to charged with that false allegation, at the very least, your advertising should remove [redacted] NC from any and all search engines.  You are not a reputable company, family owner or not...maybe that is the problem...hiring family instead of competent employees.

I want charges brought against Kremp Florist for false advertising.
Regards,
[redacted]

Thanks so much for contacting us.  We are so sorry for the disappointment.  I specifically remember this order as the delivery service in [redacted] was extremely difficult.  They were just as rude to us as they were to you when we tried to get this resolved.  Please know that every...

customer is important to us.  We would have no idea that a customer is a senior citizen nor would we have any interest in treating one customer any different from the next.  We are a family owned and operated business that values every customer.  I have gone ahead and sent through a cancellation to the delivery service in [redacted] to ensure this gets refunded right away.  Again, we are so sorry for the disappointment.  You will be refunded the full amount.

Review: I used Kremp online florists. When I searched [redacted], their business was represented as serving the [redacted] NC area, with next day delivery. Once I completed my order, I then received an email that no Sunday delivery was avaialable. So 'next day' delivery was a lie. Thinking that ok, the item would be delivered Monday, I let it go. Requesting it be delivered before the 3"00 funeral time. Next I receive a phone call on Monday morning, 3 hours before the funeral, advising that the florist they wired did not deliver in [redacted] NC. Why was their business advertised as delivering in [redacted] NC if it did not? Why did they not wire a florist that did deliver in [redacted] NC?? If they had just been honest and advised immediately that they did not service the area, I could have used a different service to accomplish sending a bereavement gift to my family before the funeral date. Since they falsely advertised being able to fulfill my needs, I can now send nothing to my family to represent my sharing of grief. I am thoroughly outraged. This should not be allowed. If they do not service an area, it should flash up on their elaborate website to say" NO DELIVERY TO [redacted] NC' Refund of my money is not enough. I am suffering punitive damage, overwhelmed with grief and guilt that I could not make it to the funeral, and have not even sent anything to show my sympathy.Desired Settlement: I want this business chastised for this practice. I want them to loose customers and credibility for causing me this embarrassment and inconvenience. I want them to feel my pain and suffer for their heartless service. I want my funds immediateley back in my account, I don't want to wait at all for them to refund my money, I want it back NOW, it should have gone back as sonn as they decided they would not fulfill my order.

Review: I had a house account at Kremp Florist and was in the process of paying off the balance with interest. However, instead of handling the collection issue properly and ethically, they deducted the total remaining balance from my paycheck. I was not asked to pay the balance in full, nor was I told that they would be taking my money out from the check at this time. This was handled by the business in such an inappropriate and unethical fashion. I had been making payments to the account and the company had no reason to take the entire remaining balance out of my paycheck without being told.Desired Settlement: I would like Kremp Florist to change the way they handle business and to be refunded the amount that they stole, and then I will pay off the remaining balance in a timely and appropriate fashion, as previously agreed upon in the contract for the house account. It is not good business to have a contract stating one thing, and then turn around and do the exact opposite. I would like for Kremp Florist to be known as a business that steals from their customers, doesn't follow their own billing procedures, and does this all without notifying the customer of the account.

Hello,

There must be some type of misunderstanding. [redacted] worked with us for approximately 18 months. Her employment ended earlier this month. Our employee manual clearly states that any outstanding balances will be deducted from the final paycheck.

Review: I spent 68.00 for a plant (including delivery fees) for a plant that was pictured as a healthy, gorgeous "Approximately 30 inches tall" for a funeral in [redacted] Arizona for my son in law's brother. The plant (when finally obtained) was wilted, in a chinsey 6 inch broken wicker pot, disheveled out of the soil, and about 8 inches tall. Completely unacceptable for a funeral and not what I paid for. Even more disconcerting is the fact that I am a senior citizen who trusted the website which is set up to look like a local flower shop in Arizona. When I spoke with the gal on the phone I asked, "Now is it a healthy and pretty one?" and she exclaimed, "Oh it's just beautiful!" Well, she did not even know what the plant looked like because they use d a flower shop in AZ, clearly one that could not deliver. So again, clearly purposelyl trying to pull one over on a senior citizen. They were not honest about the plant not coming directly from them. My daughter went to pick up the plant because I sent it to her father in laws home who was out of the country trying to get the remains of [redacted], US Army who died at the age of 51 in [redacted]. The plant was not there after they told me I couldn't change where it was sent because it was already delivered. My daughter called the flower shop and the woman was extremely rude stating, "Well, I'm sorry but it says it was delivered. It was delivered!" as she stood on her father in laws porch looking for it. They told her they would look into it and call her back the next day. They never called back. My daughter called them back and they said, "Oh. it was left with the neighbor." She again returned to her father in laws and found the plant on the porch, half wilted and coming out of the soil, and sent me a picture. It was an 8 inch tall plant when I was guaranteed a "beautiful plant approximately 30 inches tall" was going to be delivered. My daughter and son in law had to find another florist/nursery to find a plant that was appropriate for the funeral to represent our family and condolences on the day she was burying her brother. The company "customer service" people were beyond rude, dishonest, and fraudulent. I request a full refund to my credit card.

"Desired Settlement: a full refund and apology for the heinous treatment and trickery of a senior citizen and a bereaved family member laying their military brother to rest.
