n reading the “Customer’s statement” we are very troubled with the misleading and statements that were repeatedly made by *** *** When I went to the estimate I explained that the best time to plant was in the fall or very early spring but *** insisted that it must be done as soon as
possibleDuring the estimate plant warranty was never discuss and wasn’t on the estimate sent out via emailThis isn’t relevant to the story but we were behind on scheduling due to continues rain the week prior and we call *** on both occasions to tell her we would be there the following dayWhen we arrived at the job I was there initially to direct my employees how to layout the mulch bed and also where everything was to be plantedI was also there during planting and completed an inspection at the end of the jobAs *** stated in the customer statement the landscaping job had be finished when she returned home from work on 6-20-The invoice was sent out on 6-20-at 2:22pm (refer to document “A” that is attached to this letter)On 7-9-*** sent us a picture of the plants and claimed they were dying, after asking some general questions she advised us that she had been watering them everyday for minutes and asked if she should be doing it moreAt no time did she ask for our advice or the watering process of the plantsWe replied and explained that minutes a day during a month that it was raining on a weekly basis was over watering it and certainly would kill the plants very quicklyAlso living in Marlton they have clay soil that holds water like a sponge so these plants were killed due to customer errorWe also explained we would not send anyone out until payment was received in full for the work that was completedAfter payment was finally received *** then sent us an email on 8-22-stating she had other landscaper come out and say the plants shouldn’t of died that fast which is very interesting and frankly a completely statementOn 8-22-at 8:40pm we sent out and email stating vinca was no longer available and that we could replace it with pansies and get her pricing on the Japanese Maple at cost (refer to document “B” that is attached to this letter)We never received a reply from this email then we received an email on 9-1-Stating she was going to file for small claims court, asked who my insurance company was and also threatened to go to the Revdex.comThis complaint is irrelevant and without meritShane Krew Kuts Landscaping Please sent me a email address so I forward the attachments
