I approached Krieger's De Witt when the lease on my car had expired I could not turn in the vehicle to the original dealership due to loss of franchise I came to an agreement with Krieger's to lease another vehicle I paid the last payment on my prior lease on 9/20/ I leased the new vehicle on 10/9/ I was assured by Krieger's that the old car would be turned in with no problems Well, then starting in November, I started receiving a bill from GM requesting another payment on the old carI did not have the old car Krieger's did not turn in my old vehicle until 11/or 11/18/ I had paid off my old lease After several contacts with Krieger's and their assurance that the extra payment was "taken care" of, I continued to receive bills for the payment on the old car After numerous visits and an email threatening contact with the dealership president and the Revdex.com, Krieger's finally took care of the overdue payment The overdue payment was finally posted on May 13, It took seven months and four days to settle up that old account Absolutely no excuse for that type of customer service During this time, my son was looking to purchase his first new car He would not even consider Krieger's for the purchase He went to a dealership in Minnesota instead even though it was a five hour drive one way I dread when my lease is up and I have to deal with them again
