THEY WERE VERY GOOD, REMOVED ALL THE CLAY, AND REPLACED IT WITH TOP SOIL, LEVELED AND SEEDED IT GIVE STARS

In November of we hired Kringel Landscape to do lawn repair in our yard We paid him a deposit which was 50% of the cost of the job The work was never done We have been trying for almost years to get the deposit back Kringle Landscape has acknowledged that he owes the money and agreed to pay it back in installments Tom *** said he would pay the last installment no later than February We have not received the last installment and would like ALL of our money back

Review: [redacted] was hired to do landscaping that included thatching lawn, clean out beds, edge, put in weed barrier, mulch retaining wall and trim bushes. He was paid 495.00 up front and the rest was due at job completion. After having several conversations with him over our agreed upon terms, he left the job 1/2 done stating he would return the following day at 10 oclock. He was a no call no show and not returning calls. We also discovered the work he did do was not done correctly. Now I have to hire another contractor to redo what he did and finish the job.Desired Settlement: I would like him to honor our original agreement and finish the job.

Review: As a part of it's agreement with us, Kringel Landscape contracted to grind down three tree stumps on our property along with some sodding and tree trimming. The tree trimming and sodding was completed. Kringel Landscape was paid for all the work including the stump grinding and the completion of the sodding and trimming work. After three months and at least 20 phone calls there is no response from Kringel Landscape. I have requested a $150.00 credit for the grinding so I can contract someone else to do the work. Apparently Mr Kringel is a thief who enjoys taking people's money without providing the service he agreed to provide.

I don't need to ever talk to him again, just the cash would be fine.Desired Settlement: $150.00 cash refund.
