I wouldn't recommend this agency to anyone especially my fellow [redacted] because this agency treats their own people like a [redacted]. They would listen to what other aid is telling them about other aid even if it's not true. They would tell you to call them if you have any problem with the client, but when you call they would say to you "why are you on your phone, you're not suppose be talking on phone", and they want you to always watch the client, but if the client is watching tv, you can't, because they want you to close your eyes or go in the toilet. My question to all kris agency [redacted] staff at [redacted], I want you all to work with those clients and see what it feels like, and then you can think about how you treat people.
