DO NOT TAKE YOUR DOG THERE!
If I could give a zero rating I would I'm in serious shock after bringing my dog to get her nails cut I was told to come early for nails due to the fact how busy their groomers get I arrived around 9, and I had to wait just a handful of minutes, until a woman comes out of the back grooming area, rolls her eyes and says, who else for nails I motion, me, and start to walk over, my dog is clearly nervous and it's her first time there I have a little struggle to get my dog to head over to the grooming table, no help from the "expert" groomer Once my dog is on the table, she is clearly shaken and the groomer just goes at it cutting her nailsI leave the room thinking it would help, but my instinct told me to go back in I try to help, and the groomer starts to raise the table as my dog is hanging off the side of the table, choking The groomer tells me not to help, I very calmly say to her, I don't want my dog to choke She says, she won't choke, if they feel like they're going to choke they will stop themselvesHow? Who says that? A person who works with animals? Does she do that with every animal back there? Pushes them to the brick of getting choked or hurt to get them to succumb to her inflicting pain
To boot, she kept saying, oh you scared mommy No, she didn't scare mommy The blank stare on my face was me thinking about all the things I wanted to do to that woman
It took everything in me not to cause a scene I paid and then walked out, walked right passed the groomer and she gave me a sadistic grin, confirming what she did with my dog
Wednesday, December 26th, I will be going to park ridge city hall and putting in a formal complaint And that's just the start I will make sure that woman and Kriser's has consequences
