Blair Remodeling did a great job, start to finishThe major project included replacing windows, installing new siding, gutters and exterior trimThey lastly painted my basement and installed new lighting and some vinyl flooring thereThey were excellent craftsmen and artists which are hard to find todayThey did the work as expected or better and cleaned the work site each dayThey communicated throughout the process and I was very satisfied with the outcomeI highly recommend them

Review: Good Morning, I wanted to report a major breakdown in service and communication. I had what can only be called an inexcusable experience last week and Im sure leadership would agree that the ball was dropped. I called Wednesday, August 12th to inquire about donuts option for a small 2 dozen order. The person I spoke with was chipper and friendly and after I explained what I needed, she told me the order had been noted and all I had to do was give my name when I came the next day to the drive through. Approaching the building, I just had the suspicion that I should go inside instead of having any additional barriers from the drive0thru experience. I showed up in the 1 hour window that I gave the girl the day before and Taneka or Tameka greeted me. She said she was not familiar with my name or my order. She asked me to repeat it so she could ask around. No one knew what was going on, but it was a simple order and she said she would have it put together. It was 6 glazed and 6 maple glazed in one box and 6 glazed and 6 chocolate glazed in the other. I was told that it was $11 for the 1st box and 5 for the second box over the phone and that is what I was being rung up for. Then the manager stepped in and said I had mixed boxes and there was a $2 charge. I advised that I had placed my order over the phone and that I was quote pricing already and that was not included. The other staff jumped in and told the manager that they didnt understand why she was jumping in. And when I said, that Ive waiting 20 minutes for an order that was supposed to be ready and now your are trying to overcharge, I dont want the order. She said, its too late, I have already charged you.Desired Settlement: So many things went wrong, but what most concerned me was the inability to provide service, now we are all engaged here to figure out how to fix things. Honestly, I want my money back and an apology would also be in order, but something tells me that wont be forthcoming. You put donuts in a box, thats it and if you think a $2 charge is required to have more than one kind of donut in a box, youre crazy. They are all going in a box and your labor has not changed and in my case, I had already been quoted based on the specifics of my order. The best news, after this fiasco, I saw Blazing Bagels across the street, Im pretty sure a mixed dozen bagels are less expensive than donuts and their quality and service is top shelf. Franchise owners always got to shake consumers down for lunch money and in this case its going to cost you what could have been steady weekly business.

to the store on 8/27/2015 and today there were two bounce back emails about

undeliverable emails. I have contacted the store and spoke with Alfredo the

Director for that area and he has requested to see this email. We can email him

Alfredo has contacted the customer twice one time last week and one time this

week, he has left two voicemails for the customer to call him back but no

I am rejecting this response because: My complaint was very thorough and even the response from the business is false. I was asked to provide details from the receipt, as I did and recount, relive the horrible experience again by answering the exact same questions that my complaints detailed. Both Krispy Kreme and Kremeworks have wasted my time and money and lack the empathy or competency to make this right. Had they been this demanding from the original order, this never would have taken place. A good product in the wrong hands is a waste and something tells me that business reflects this.

was not happy.

Review: I went to this location on Friday July, 10 2015. Wanted to take advantage of the special they were advertising for the 78th Anniversary. I was in line for forty-five minutes just to order. I ordered my selection at the drive-thru menu board. The lady that took my order never said that they were out of doughnuts or that they were running low and may not be able to fill my order, about another ten to fifteen minutes I made it up to the pick-up window where the person who was working the window informed me there were no more doughnuts. No one offered me a rain check a coupon to come back later nothing. I contacted the customer service hotline shortly after leaving the location, they assured me someone from the company would contact me by Wednesday July 15, 2015. No one contacted me I had to call them back yet again to try to resolve this matter. The customer service representative told me that they were back up and someone would contact me eventually. No timetable was given on when this matter would be addressed or even resolved which truly made me feel as they just don't care. That is forty-five minutes of sitting in my car wasting time and gas just to be blown off. I have since taken the time to look on multiple websites to see what other customers have said about this location and almost all of the reviews are negative. Would you please help resolve this matter and bring forth a compromise to fix this very frustrating situation.Desired Settlement: DesiredSettlementID: Replacement

I spoke with Steven and he explained the issue to me and in return I explained Krispy kreme big promotion day and there are somethings that we need to work on as a Company. It's such a huge day for our shops and we thought we were overly prepared, but there was some issues that took place and we trying to resolve them as they come in. l have mailed the customer a BOGO coupon for his inconvenience and it's to Buy a dozen and get a dozen for Free.

Review: After standing in line for an hour and a half today for the donut speical advertising buy one dozen get the 2nd for 78 cent, I was told by the assistant mg that it would be another 30 mins if I wanted both boxes fresh. I told her that was fine. Then after waiting an additional 30 mins store manager Ms.Robinson told me that I could only get one hot box and the second box would have to be one of the donuts that they were getting from card board boxed from the warehouse. My issues was I should have been told this before I waited in line for 2 hours plus the advertisment did not state that I could not get both of my donuts hot. If krispy Kreme could not handle the rush then maybe next time don't advertise a special only to disappoint loyal customers.Desired Settlement: I want a replacement HOT box for wasting my time plus krisy kreme need to do a better job of organizing their specials. They also need to work on customer services because they manager, Ms. [redacted], at the Wesly Chapel location is rude and nasty

I called the customer and left a message regarding the complaint. I will mail a BOGO coupon to the customer. It's buy a dozen and get the 2nd dozen for free instead of .78. I will be calling the customer back to speak with her regarding this issue.
