Sent in knives to have some unusual work done to the knives, nothing that was their fault I just like black hardware on a black knifeThese Guys and Gals bent over backwards to help me and make me a satisfied customer, their contacts on ***, *** and even the Owner MrM*** went out of his way to speak with me and take care of my needs! Super Experience with these guys and super fast turn around on taking care of Customization I wanted done! Awesome company lead by Anthony M*** and Jason M***!!! Thank you for your time and working with me guys!!
Microtech knives SUCKThey are for the most part poorly made and way way to overpriced……
I have had switch blade hair combs with better action and durability then any of Tony's Laura Lynn made knivesHis attitude with his customes sucks, as well as his fat head and arrogance ¡!
Save your money and buy a frost or a schrade,u will be much more satisfied and still have money left over for a vacation!!!!
Just sent my mos old Ultratech in for repairs Catastrophic failure of internal auto mechanism totally inoperative I was shocked to see customers are required to pay shipping both ways They did waive return shipping after my lengthy email about the knife failing so quickly I also am LEO and quality gear/knife is of utmost importance I asked if it could just be replaced to expedite since it was under a year old I was told no, it still needs to be shipped to repairs in NC Turnaround time is said to be 6-weeks We'll see It didn't take me 6-weeks to pay for the knife! So I've went back to my year old Bench Made Auto Stryker which is beat to *** and still functions flawlessly and blade is tight I also have Microtech UMS auto I sent in for repair due to very sloppy blade at the pivot point, its about years old thoughMicrotech has very cool knives that appear to be very well made but I'm beginning to question long term reliability** *** *** *** ***
