Review: My husband and I thought we made the right choice in choosing Kristina Hill as our wedding photographer but to our surprise we were wrong. After our engagement shoot was canceled minutes before arriving at the location (an hour away from our home) we should have seen the red flag. Our nightmare began after our big day. It took almost two months for our proofs to be loaded onto a website due to "file transferring issues". Prints were ordered from the website and it took months for everyone to finally receive what they paid for. We continually had to email [redacted] asking her where our prints were. My mother-in-law never received her prints, but at least her credit card was refunded many months later. We finally got our disc almost a year after our wedding. She claimed that her back up systems crashed and files were lost/damaged on top of multiple other excuses. What's even more disappointing is her poor quality editing. When comparing a picture on our disc to a picture from her blog the difference is clear. We've been married almost two years now and still have not received the four albums we paid for. [redacted] always seems to have one excuse after another. After going back and forth with her for a year, I have not heard from her since the end of last March.Desired Settlement: My husband and I would like our money refunded for the four wedding albums we paid for as listed in our photography contract with Kristina Hill. We were entitled to (3) 8x8 albums at $300 each and (1) 12x12 album at $500. After all we have gone through we should at least be refunded $1400.

Review: Kristina Hill was contracted to photograph my wedding in September 2012. Contract included delivery of all digital files. Contract price was paid in full, $3,000.00. We are now a year and a half post-wedding and I have nothing to show for it. [redacted] has been evasive and mostly unresponsive to my attempts to resolve the issue. When she does reply, it is just to give more excuses and a new deadline that she then fails to meet. Her primary excuse has been technical issues and not having enough time to complete the required editing. I proposed the following: [redacted] would give me all of our digital files UNEDITED, along with a partial refund for her not fully completing the terms of the contract. This should have been seen as an easy-out for someone with "no time" to finish her work, but she has still not delivered and continues to give excuses.Desired Settlement: As a resolution, I would like to see one of two things: First, obviously, the digital photographs she was paid to deliver OR, if the files have been lost, a full refund.

Review: We signed a contract with [redacted] to be our wedding photographer. (This included engagement photo session as well as a cd with all of our wedding photos - 200 of them would be edited) and paid her the full amount of $3600

I got married April 2013 and as of today, July 2014, we have not received ANY photos. Every time we've contacted [redacted], we've encountered several things: 1) she will never respond; 2) When she finally does respond to our 20th email, she will give us an excuse that she's either been suffering some illness, she never got our other emails, she's been having computer issues and now she's using her child as an excuse; 3) She will promise you a due date but that day will come and go and you will NOT hear one word from her, forcing you to contact her non-stop just to go through the entire process again of avoidance then empty promises.

This has been a really stressful situation and one which I really don't see any resolution to.

I've seen on several websites (yelp and wedding wire) that we are not the only ones she's been doing this to.

We've tried very hard to work with her, be patient but it's gotten us nowhere.Desired Settlement: As a resolution, obviously, we want all of our wedding photos on a cd per the contract, which includes 200 edited pics. Plus, we want our 50 edited engagement photos that we have yet to receive.

OR we would even take at this point all of our wedding and engagement photos on a cd, unedited and a partial refund.
