I recommend this company to everyone. I love the fact that they pay attention to details with the projects and that work very quick depending on the weather of course. I love love what they have done for my yard.

I had a stone patio laid and the stones wre not properly done and I had cracked stones and sand washed away around stones, so these too will crack.Stone patio laid November 2014, $3,510 dollars, was poorly done at the time and I questioned about sand possibly wshing away because he did not put a parrier to hold the sand in place on the down side of the patio area, he said tojust call him if there ws problems and he would repair. On the stone walk way he had just creasted a bunch of mud and laid the stones in the mud, no sand under stones, They cracked when we walked on them. Desired SettlementI want him to come out and put a metal barrier on down side of patio, to redo the sand grout of the stonesBusiness Response We will be working in the area in about 2 weeks. I'll come by to sweep more polymeric sand in the settled areas.

Kriz has repeatedly indicated he would come out and replace our dead trees and shrubs, he has not kept his word or warranty.December 10,2013 we contracted with Kriz Landscaping for plants, lighting and stonework. In early spring I contacted [redacted] Kriz regarding one of our trees that he had installed. The tree was leaning to the left. He stated he would come by and look at it, he never did. I contacted him again in April concerning our gardenia bushes that were looking dead. He stated that he was busy with other jobs and didn't have time until he finished the job he was working on, but that he would be out. May 13th I texted him and sent him pictures of our gardenia bushes that looked like they were dying and the leaning tree. I also called him on the phone and was told he would be out when he finished his current jobs. August 5th I texted him and sent him additional pictures (now both trees that he had planted on either side of my window were dying). On Aug 5th he replied by text and told me that he needed to replace these. He also stated that he moved his business to Fayetteville and was having a hard time getting to western Wake County. He hoped to have these swapped out before the end of the month. Sept. 7th I texted him again and stated that on Aug 5th he told me that he hoped to be out by the end of the month to swap out the trees and gardenia bushes. I told him that it was now Sept 7th and asked if he was ever going to come out and take care of this issue. Monday, Sept. 28th I texted him again and told him that we were still waiting for him to come out about our dead trees. I told him that we have been more than patient and it's time for him to take care of this. He replied the same day telling me that he has had issues with other houses losing the same types of plants and thinks there must have been a bad crop. He stated that the year has been challenging but hoped business would be better in the fall. He again stated that he would replace the plants but that the nursery did not offer any warranties on their plants. All replacements are paid out of his wallet. I asked him when this would take place. This time he stated hopefully in October. He stated that he needed to get some projects so he could afford to pay for the plants. I told him that I paid him very well for my job and that I expect this issue to be corrected immediately. I have waited long enough. I asked him if he realized how long he has been putting us off for. I reminded him that all he ever tells me is how busy he is. I told him that I would pursue this legally. He stated he would correct it. Once again, I asked him when. This time he replied that he doesn't have money and that the plants would need to be paid for by him. [redacted] Kriz gave us a one year warranty on plants and a five year warranty on all parts and labor (including bulbs) on our lighting. Now [redacted] Kriz says he moved his business to Fayetteville, and doesn't have money to replace our plants. I believe he is not a responsible business man. The address for his business shows as Raleigh, NC. I am tired of his excuses. He originally solicited in our neighborhood with flyers for business. We gave him business and now and for months he has put us off. We were given a warranty and he has not honored the warranty. Our house looks terrible with two dead trees and dead gardenia bushes. We paid him for the job when it was completed. He now needs to honor his warranty. We have been more than patient with him.Desired SettlementWe want the two dead trees and gardenia bushes replaced immediately. If [redacted] is so busy taking care of his clients in fayetteville than he should pay the landscaper ofour choice to replace and install new trees and gardenia bushes.Business Response Contact Name and Title: Richard Kriz, OwnerContact Phone: ([redacted]Contact Email:[redacted] I have removed the dead plant material and am currently sourcing out replacement plants of similar size. Normally, nurseries do not have very good looking plant material in the summer and they are now getting in nice looking plants. The replacements will be installed before the end of October and hopefully by October 15th. In the future, I will address warranty issues in a more timely manner. I thank [redacted] for her above-and-beyond patience in this matter.

I recommend this company to everyone. I love the fact that they pay attention to details with the projects and that work very quick depending on the weather of course. I love love what they have done for my yard.","pos-1
