This company is RELENTLESS in their phone marketing. A "friend" of mine gave them my name and phone number. I've had to tell the phone representative(s) twice that I am not interested and practically hang up on them. I believe the first one said she was with Kirby of Racine. The second said Kirby of Kenosha. The phone number she called from was [redacted]. Funny that the phone says the call came from Oconomowoc but she said Kirby of Kenosha. Misleading. Their "deal" is to have one of their reps come out to clean your carpets to see what a good job the Kirby does. I asked her how much the vacuum costs and she said she didn't have that info and the rep who come to my home would have to tell me the price. I asked the "friend" who gave my name and number what price she was quoted and she said $1,000. Every time I would say "I'm not interested" the rep would continue to talk over me and relentlessly try to get me to allow the rep to come to my home. I told her it'd be a waste of the rep's time because I'm not giving names and phone numbers and I'm not buying a $1,000 vacuum. I finally said "take me off your call list" and "I'm hanging up now" because the she just kept talking.
