Krok's Marine Repair

Krok's Marine winterized our boat. Upon return of it, it wouldn't start. The entire fuel system had to be replaced which cost us $2,037. A black substance was removed from it. I attempted to speak to the owner of Krok's but he was totally unprofessional and rude. I also attemted to contact Carefree Dock who had outsourced the winterization to Krok's but they won't respond to me.
