Review: My mother, [redacted], who has early dementia, ordered a pair of hearing aids. I immediately called the center to cancel the order. The owner, [redacted], said she was able to cancel the order before the aids were manufactured. Therefore, a full refund would be credited to my mother. This conversation took place July 14, 2014. On Aug. 1, I called [redacted] again and she said her bookkeeper would write the check but she comes in once a month between 15th and 20th. Called on the 14th to remind [redacted], but no check was written. Called again Aug 30, [redacted] said she would call her bookkeeper. On September 8th, I personally took a letter written by my mother asking to immediately write her a check or she would take them to small claims court. [redacted] said she would call her bookkeeper and call me back. On September 11th I called again and [redacted] asked for one more day to reach her bookkeeper after I told her I would take her to small claims court if I didn't have the check in hand by next Wednesday.Desired Settlement: $3,800.00 check returned because no hearing aids were received.

hearing aids. The Daughter took it upon herself to cancel the order which

was not in her Mothers best interest. So the order was cancelled and a full
