Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below I find it very interesting that this seller is pointing a finger at usHe lied to us regarding the condition of the vehicle and then proclaims that we are lying about receiving the titleWe were out of town from 12/11/17-1/2/18, but asked our house sitter daily whether or not we had received anything from the sellerThe answer was always no and we never received anything beyond that date either.Interestingly enough, though the seller claims the title was sent to our address, he is now saying he needs a copy of my driver’s license so he can transfer the title to us through DMVHow did he supposedly send it earlier if he needed my driver’s license to do so? I have never sent the seller a copy of my licenseNothing but lies from this seller. Also, is it only the title that is our complaint? I think not! The seller lied about the condition of the vehicle over allI find it incredibly interesting that he doesn’t even try to address our claims about the condition of the car He knows he doesn’t have a leg to stand on, because everything we stated was FACT!I am also submitting a text where he states, “There’s nothing that needs to be addressed underneath it is all solid everything that was bad has been repaired there are no weak spots whatsoever.” That was in response to my stating we didn’t want to be surprised or disappointed about the underneath of this carHe is a huge lier and he has not heard the end of us.We intend on pursuing criminal charges against this sellerHopefully, he will learn to become an honest seller after this case is over! Regards, [redacted]

Also as far as the title goes the car does have a clean and clear title it was mailed to her addressI do believe she had received it but she is stating she did not which I believe to be falsewe have already sent the paperwork to Motor Vehicles to get a duplicate title, she will receive it as soon as it comes in the car was definitely not sold without a title.Let me first start off by saying this is a Plymouth Roadrunner that is highly optioned with the end air Grabber intake Speed and big blocknowhere in the ad that I indicate anything about the vehicle being Road ready or TurnKeyit specifically says in the ad that this is a project, if you Google project it will explain in detail what it means, the car needs work and money I was told by the wife that the husband was looking for a project car to work onif you look at the pictures on the ad it shows the bench seat and no consult or bucket seats it’s simply States the car was option with them.so it is very clear that you were not going to get bucket seats and consult with this carI also explained that the frame had been repaired in the rear .as far as the motor blowing smoke everywhere it did not when it left this place the car was actually driven around the block, the car was sold for $16,I do believe it was a $20,plus car in the condition it is it .these cars go anywhere from to $75,restored the reason l got is because in the ad it has specified a project, it would have done much more if that wasn't clarified, she had giving me negative feedback on eBay I had to talk to with eBay they have removed the negative feedback and sided with me .same with PayPal she requested her money back PayPal sided with me stating that I did not misrepresent the vehicle in any way .the wife had purchased the car and maybe she thought that her husband could restore it perhaps when he finally saw the car he decided it was more than he could do either way it is a project thank you very much

I sold this car to *** *** the car was advertised as a project it also states car has not been gone through at all in the shop the only thing that was done to the car was a tune up and fresh oil change there was no signs of any water in the oil *** states he purchased it on 11/and talk to me
on 11/about the issues he never paid tor the car until 11/when I did end up talking to him he told me that the motor ran real strong sounded very healthy and had a nice rumbling idle to it and shifted real nice the problem he was having was with the electrical as I explained to him I did not know what was wrong with the electrical in the car it could be a fusible link or he may have to purchase a complete painless wiring system he was okay with it at first I also told him that nothing workcs at ad electrical I told him I did not know what the car would need or wouldn't need I also gave him the opportunity to personally come down and inspect the car before he purchased it he told me that he was looking for a project to work on over the winter wed that is exactly what he bought

* *** Tim K*** at it againnotice the attempt to deflect by debating what day the car was paid for, and no mention of the "trade in" from ***In actual fact I paid Tim a $deposit through Paypal on Nov 14th, since he requested the transaction take place "outside of ***" and through a bank wire I went into the bank on Nov 18th to complete the transactiononce again, this is not a dispute about that exact minute or day the car was purchased, but rather the condition of the car in questionThe oil in the car is a coffee color indicative of a fluid leak into the oil, this along with the white sludge in the valve covers is a certain clue to a leakThe oil is not fresh, in fact the oil filter is aged quite a bit and also has spray paint all over it where Tim painted up the engine compartmentI am not concerned about the electrical issues, I was aware it had minor problems thereMy concern is with the motor needing to be replacedPA law states that if a dealer knew, or should have known about an engine issue that they are responsible for repairs, even if the car was sold "as is"This also applies to a car sold with a twisted or bent frame, which this car may have evident by the measurement difference between the back wheels and back fendersI would be happy to show anyone photos of the engine oil, white sludge in valve covers, as well the the difference in wheel measurementsThis car is unsafe to drive at any speed.Once again, immediately after getting the car I offered to ship it back at my expense, and to also give him $for his time, and he declined, he also told me he is taking a $loss on the cartI ask you, what do his actions tell you about what he knew of the cars condition?
