Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below Regards,Okay I saw the back of the notice that says for model no warranty all of that we didn't see that when we purchased it but that's okay my complaint is the furniture was delivered damaged as you can note on the bill I marked chair loveseat and couch they did come out and service the chair not the love seat or the couch why I don't know but I feel you're going to sell somebody a floor model with no warranty no exchange no refund whatever and sell it for the full price I don't think that is fair in any way shape or form I disagree that I have to pay full price for something that's been on the floor delivered to my home damaged this is my complaintThey want to come every pair this I'll end this now if not then I'm going to go forward with it thank you and have a great day [redacted] ***

In response to your letter dated June 19, 2017, Mr. and Mrs. [redacted] purchased the attached sofa, loveseat, chair and ottoman on February 5, 2017. They were informed the merchandise was being sold as a "floor sample" andsold "as is."   Please see attached sales order #37409. The...

[redacted]s were informed that the merchandise would be stored and covered in our warehouse until the balance was paid in full.  They agreed to the conditions of thesale as indicated with their signature. The merchandise was delivered on April 27, 2017. Mr. [redacted] informed me a few weeks later that there was a "smudge" that needed to be looked at on the sofa.  Although he purchased the   merchandise as is, I sent a service representative to their home. Mr [redacted] called me to thank me and said it was taken care of. As indicated on our Floor Sample Policy, all articles sold as "floor samples" will have thefollowing conditions. No Service or warranty. No refunds, No returns, No exchanges. No layaways.Thank you for your attention to this matter.   Steve S[redacted]

We have submitted a service request to have someone call Mr. [redacted] within two weeks to schedule an appointment to service Mr. [redacted]s concerns as best we can. This is a one time courtesy service call. Thank you for your attention to this matter
