Review: Failure to settle loss for fire damage claim [redacted] from 11/11/2012 as managed by Mr. [redacted], CEO.Desired Settlement: Appropriate payment for fire loss of my property in a timely fashion and communication with me in a constructive manner to determine resolution. Currently unable to make contact by telephone or e-mail with Mr. [redacted] or his representatives after multiple attempts.

Review: I have tried calling the numbers listed on the website and emailing teh office but I have been unsuccessful in reaching someone and was hoping for some help. In October, 2012 I took my wedding dress to the Green Valley Dry Cleaners in North Versailles to get cleaned and preserved. Because of the fire it was sent back unboxed. I picked it up and paid for the dress $160.00. The sales associate attached a note that said the dress would be sent back out for "touch-up" dry cleaning (since several spots were still dirty) and to get boxed/preserved once the factory was up and running. I was sent home with this hand-written note, my receipt and my dress.I called over the next several months to see if the factory was taking wedding dresses for cleaning but I was always told they were not sending out wedding dresses yet. Is there anything that can be done about this? Can someone find a way to contact someone? I am not sure if I can file a "clain" through insurance for this since my dress was not damaged. It is awful that they would have collected a payment (for a service that was not done)if this was all a possibility. I would like reimbursement for the dress/preservation or would like for it to get professionally cleaned/preserved and do not want to wait much longer since it has been awhile since I wore the dress. The total amount as over $160.00 I still have my receipt for verification of the amount. If an agreement can be reached with the company I will accept reimbursement for the amount of the dress minus the cost for one dry cleaning service considering the company did provide dry cleaning service for my dress.
