As mentioned when speaking with one of the market place councillors via phone this complaint was responded to via phone with a Revdex.com personnel in December
In response to the complaint and complainant in case id# Our office manager addressed the concerns
with the complaint’s husband in person when he came inShe throughly explained the service application process to the client addressing the concern that only 10-20% of the visible areas had product appliedIt was explained to the client that 90% of the product goes inside the body of the vehicle and therefor it is not visibleThe gentleman was also told that the owner would speak with him via phone when he was next in the officeAfter this the client then chose to contacted our franchise head office and was explained the same service application process along with all areas covered and not covered in the process.
The owner of our shop followed up with the client after this via phone to resolve this issueAt that time the client was offered to have the application redone at no chargeIt was explained to the client that the part that they wanted the product sprayed under would need to be removed prior to applicationIt was explained that removal of the part is not a service that we offer and is not part of the regular application process
