Review: This complaint is regarding Kenneth P[redacted] of KRP Enterprises, Ltd. /dba Olde Bay Custom Cabinets. Ken P[redacted] was contracted to provide materials and labor to remodel our kitchen in 2014. My wife and I have been contacting Ken P[redacted] through phone calls, text messages, and emails to try to resolve two issues: a call back to replace a lazy susan and agreed payment for a piece of furniture that was damaged during our kitchen remodel. The first conversation with Ken about the lazy susan call back occurred on April 17, 2015. The lazy susan collapsed. He told us during the remodel that the product was rated to hold 100 lbs. (50 lbs. per shelf). I am certain that weight was not the cause of the collapse. I weighed the objects that my wife took off the lazy susan to check this. After several text messages back and forth about the issue, he finally texted that he would order a replacement June 9, 2015, almost two months later. We have text messaged and tried to call to find out the arrival date but he is not communicating. We have been unable to use this cabinet for three months. The first conversation about the furniture damage was almost a year ago. The most recent communication via text message was on April 14, 2015. Ken texted that he would be mailing a $200.00 check to me. I have not received any payment as of today, July 7, 2015.Desired Settlement: I want a new lazy susan that is 100 lb. weight capacity delivered to my home with all of the manufacturer's paperwork included, such as warranty, weight capacity and installation instructions. He can reinstall this new lazy susan in a timely manner, or he can reimburse me the going labor rate that Lowe's would charge for installation. I want a cashier's check, money order, or $200.00 cash regarding the damage to my furniture.
