Hello [redacted] , I appreciate the opportunity to listen to our sideThe buyer [redacted] received her package from us on September 7, On November 20, she filed a claim with PayPal stating that she received a defective productOn December 13, PayPal then notified us that the buyer would have to return her merchandise in order to receive the refundHowever, the tracking information that was provided was unable to confirm delivery therefore there would be no refund issued Dear KrsHairGroup, We have been reviewing a claim your buyer filed against youTo be eligible for a refund, we requested [redacted] send the merchandise back to you and provide us with shipment tracking information to confirm deliveryThe tracking information provided by [redacted] was unable to confirm deliveryAs a result, this case has been decided in your favor and a refund will not be issued to your buyer Transaction Details Case number: PP-005- [redacted] Buyer's name: [redacted] Buyer's email:t [redacted] @gmail.com Buyer's transaction ID: 2GU22801G2651240G Transaction date: August 23, Transaction amount: $326.80US I then decided to work with the buyer to see where the envelope was deliveredI then realized that the envelope was delivered not to our office but an address that was never used, a PO BoxThe USPS here noticed that our companied name was on the envelope and notified us to go to the USPS and retrieve the envelopeWe then went to pick up the envelope which from the photograph below you will see there was nothing inside the envelope that we receivedAs was told to the buyer previously once we receive the package we would then be able to grant a refund however, that was never donePlease let me know if you have any other questions Kind Regards, KRS Hair Group
