On March **, 2014 my washer stopped working. Less than a year old and still under warranty with Home Depot/LG they set up an appointment to come service machine. Repairman came out on Wed. April **ordered a motor and told me at least 2 weeks. After 2 weeks we were told Monday, April **-part didn't come in then were told Sat. April **. After complaining to Home Depot they cancelled with Quality and set up a new repairman to come to my house on Wed. April **. Quality Appliance called me on April **to say Home Depot cancelled the part and was I aware of it. I told her I would call her back because at that point I didn't know Home Depot had issued me a new repairman. I spoke with her (Quality) on Wed. April **to say Yes Home Depot is sending someone else to come service the washer. My complaint is with the customer service from the woman at Quality-she told Home Depot that I cancelled the part that was in stock and she was going to send a repairman to my house to fix it. When I heard this I called her and she said Yes that is right. That I cancelled it and the part was in! At no time did she tell me the part was ever in and last I knew we were waiting until April **! When I was telling her this she got very angry and insisted I cancelled a part that was in the shop! And then she hung up on me.If the part for my washer was in why wouldn't she have called and said I am calling to make an appointment to fix the machine. Or why wouldn't she have told Home Depot when they called her to cancel wouldn't she have said the part is here it's in? She is a liar and horrible customer relations!
