I'd give them 0 stars if I could. We hired them to do a huge remodel. Within one year the fireplace tiles/grout fell apart; the hardwood floors and baseboards needed another coat of varnish; and the pipes freeze in the winter in the new bathroom, and also in a remodeled bath (they never froze before the remodel. I could go on and on. What's horrible about this is everything fell apart after one to two years after we spent over $[redacted]. on the remodel. Don't waist your money; hire anyone but KRT. The worst part is it all looked great when completed. But now it's obvious they do horrible shoddy work. Many of the companies they used (floor, electric, masonry) told us later they had a hard time getting paid by KRT. Two of them told us they were about to take a lien out on our house because KRT did not pay them on time. Even though we paid KRT promptly through out the project.
