The foreman, [redacted] and the rest of the crew - ***, [redacted] and [redacted] were all courteous and respectful They did two jobs at our house A few weeks ago, they cut down a tree in our front yard and today they pruned a tree in our backyard They did a great job both times The tree they worked on today was a mess, with lots of dead wood and very overgrown It was also in a difficult spot with lots of plants underneath When they left, the tree looked great and the yard was cleaner than when they arrived On top of that, not one plant was damagedThey are a great crew and we highly recommend them

We contacted Dave *** @ Precision Tree for an estimate on trimming a very large honey locust tree in our back yard Dave is a very pleasant gentleman and he went over what his men would do, how they would do it and gave us a very competitive quote
The group of guys that he sent to do the work were so courteous and friendly! They did great work! They did such a beautiful job trimming the tree, cleaned up everything and left our back yard looking like they had never been there! I was so impressed Should we need any tree trimming done in the future, Dave will be the first one I call! Thank you so much, Precision Tree & Turf!!

This company came out and walked my property to as some trees that needed to be taken downAfter the walk the guy went back to his truck to write up a formal bid and presented it to meWe both signed the contractTwo days later he called and said he needed another $to do the jobIf I didnt pay him $he was not going to honor the contractWhen I questioned him about the contract he said this is a standard practice for him to change the contracttake it or leave it

*** came out to do a quote and was very professional and friendly ***, *** and *** came out today and were great They trimmed the trees which has not been trimmed in 20+ years other than by me and they looked great After they were finished they swept up, cleaned up and I can say everything looked cleaner than when they started Would I use them again? In a heartbeat and would I recommend them to others? Absolutely!!!

This business is severly lacking in customer service and follow up!! 1st issues: their "estimates" are ridiculous! I received separate estimates and they were ALL different They guys that did the estimate were on my property long enough to survey what needed to be done, etc Then the company kept changing when they would be out to my property to actually do the work When I called to find out what was going on; I mentioned that the guys who did the estimate also offered to cut down a tree on my neighbors property as long as I had permission to do so When I relayed to the woman on the phone that I did get my neighbors permission; she became irritated, irate and was very rude to me because "it wasn't on the estimate." Then all of a sudden, their machine that does the stump removal wouldn't go in the back yard due to a fence that was too big The guys that did the estimate should have immediately saw this as a problem!! End result is that they cannot remove the stump!

Precision Tree and Turf of Colorado Springs CO just finished trimming my back hedge which goes the entire width of my lot. It is very tall and think. They did an excellent job, exactly how I wanted it done. They cleaned up the area where they worked very nicely. This is a far superior job than what was done by other tree services in the past. I will hire them again.
