On May 7th 2012 [redacted] was present during
the day we paved his driveway.  He was
inspecting every step we did.  Shortly
after we paved Mr. [redacted] driveway he started construction for an in ground
pool.  After the heavy trucks...

and
equipment had left track marks from driving off the driveway to the new pool
area he started complaining about cracks in his driveway.  The day I responded to his complaint, it looked
like a full blown construction site. There were muddy track marks all along the
driveway, leading into the muddy ruts alongside the driveway.  I was shocked and appalled that he would even
consider the cracks stemmed from workmanship.
It was obvious the driveway had suffered abuse at the hands of poor
judgement.  Heavy vehicles have to pay an
extra tax to the State of ** because of the damage they do to highways. How
does it make sense to allow multiple dump trucks and heavy cement trucks,
weighing in excess of 80,000 pounds, to drive across the edges of a newly paved
driveway?  Especially during the wet
season.    While I was there, I filled some cracks as a
courtesy, but I was very clear as I specifically told him I was not responding
to his complaints again. That [redacted] would mislead the RevDex.com by not mentioning that I already told him our warranty does not cover
negligence and abuse, is insulting and a waste of my time.  He appears to be unwilling to accept responsibility
for his bad timing and poor decision making.

Hi, The owner of the company met with the complainant and they agreed on what action will be taken to correct the issue.
Thank you,
[redacted]

My driveway was completed yesterday. I must say they did a very nice job and I'm quite happy with the result. I agreed with them that there should be some work done around the edges of the driveway for fill-in to protect the edges of the driveway. They gave me an estimate and said they would call me back. They also went over maintenance of the driveway.
The entire crew was very professional and knowledgeable. I'm glad I chose them.

Review: Installed a asphalt driveway in July 2012. Problems started the winter of 3013.Several calls were made to the company but no returned calls until after I mentioned I would be taking them to the Revdex.com. I then was told someone would stop by to investigate. Nobody showed, got a call the following day saying it was to late for them to get would have to reschedule. Nobody called back to reschedule. After several more calls someone finally called back and scheduled to come out. I was away on business when they came and just filled the area with liquid filler. When I returned and saw what they felt was a fix I called again saying I was not satisfied with the solution. Many, many more calls attempted but once again no call returned. I am placing this call as I want my driveway fixed before it completely crumbles. I my opinion, not enough base was applied in this section of the driveway and not properly compacted. I want this section completely cut out more gravel applied and compacted before repaving. I am also not happy with the hardness of this asphalt in the summer the slightest bit of heat will soften the driveway so much that you can't hardly put anything on that won't penetrate.Desired Settlement: Return to cut out and repave with proper amount of gravel base. We have a three year warranty and the driveway is just over two years old and already crumbling.

Review: [redacted]

I am rejecting this response because: Driveway started on May 7 2012. First noticed damage to driveway in Feb/March 2013 time frame. Review: They installed a asphalt driveway in mid Nov. 2013. We are having problems since Jan2014, made 4 differnt phone calls to have [redacted] stop over to see the problem before our driveway needs to be turn up and repaved. The first time I called in Jan. no one returned my call untill a called agin in Feburary. Spoke to [redacted] who didnt seem to concerned, now we are in June 2014 and after placing 3rd. call I waited 3 weeks to get a call back and was told [redacted] will stop by the next time he is in [redacted] doing a driveway. I am very concerned because we can not park any vehicals on it for more then an hour or two without the aspalt making tire prints. Once you drive away it leaves tread marks. Also have a spot where it looks like a rock is pushing up through the asphalt. I have contacted other paving companies and everyone said the driveway was not compacted properly. I own a pest control business, which most jobs are within $200-$300 and if anyone calls me after I have excepted their money, I am there within 1-2 days of the call. The driveway cost $15,000 and they can't be bothered taking the time to see if we can save the driveway. I will not be letting this go by the waistside I am willing to put the money into this case in order to get this resolved.Desired Settlement: Fix it, what ever it takes I had a driveway installed so I can park on it.
