To Whom this may concern,I am enclosing a copy of the original invoice of repairs.Mrs*** was not charged for a carrier bearingI was not asked to replace the carrier bearingHowever, the U-Joints were replaced on the drive shaftMrs*** may have been advised to replace the carrier bearing, but we were not instructed by Mrs*** to replace the carrier bearing.Once again, you will find the price of this Allison Transmission overhaul is "more" than fair in price.Mrs*** allison transmission was broken, and I have enclosed a photo of her Allison transmission as well.I am upset about the leak that occurred, but I feel Transmissions & More is being unfairly accused of poor work, and looking forward to getting this issue resolved to everyones' satisfaction.Sincerely,*** ***Transmissions & More*** *** ***

sealed the pan back up, but it continued to leak from the linkage seal.[redacted] had a competition of Transmissions & More look at it, and they told her lie's about Transmissions & More.[redacted] brought it back to us, we fixed the linkage seal, and she seemed to be very happy.[redacted] transmission being broken could not be rebuilt with out a transmission core unit.
